It has a friendly staff, a very good position close to the centre and is budget-friendly.

The room was a bit too small

Nice room. Great location for seeing Vicenza. Very near train station.

Breakfast was good, but breakfast room was way too small and uncomfortable. Coffee machine was at other end of hotel, and mostly gave up and drank bad instant coffee. But if you were patient, they would bring you a real coffee.

Excellent location for railway station (but in a nice area!) and town centre. Good sized room, big bath, and excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff. This is such an important thing when travelling alone. Good breakfast. Better than one usually gets in Italy. Strongly recommended.

Excellent helpful staff and good location, just outside the old city area. Clean modern rooms and really terrific (included!) breakfast. Staff (Renata) straightened out a problem with booking for the Scrovegni Chapel in Padua for the following days.

Separate Wifi charge, with changing passwords. Strong signal once logged-on, though.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent service. The hotel is very clean and central, within easy walking distance to the station and centre of town.

The only real complaint that we have is that the mattresses are extremely hard.

We received a very friendly welcome even though we were very early (8.45) and were allowed to leave our car whilst we went off to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well furnished in a rather old-fashioned style. The bathroom well equipped and the shower hot and strong, plenty of towels. Breakfast is very good and includes pastries and cut fresh fruit The location is very good, only a few metres to the old town..

Our only dislikes are that the room was a bit hot as the aircon is not really adequate and with the window open the street noise is too much. The parking is very tight.

The location was good in relation to the old town. Just about a 5 minute walk to the old part of Vicenza. Good breakfast.

The part of town it was in was a bit depressing. The parking was tight and we had to pay for it. Not charming view, just a place to sleep.

Great location with 5-10 minute walk into the old centre of town. Room was no frills but comfortable. Added advantage for us of a secure car park attached to the hotel. Good breakfast, eg lots of fresh fruit.

Very small, claustraphobic lift which was a bit of a struggle to load cases into.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristina. Location is perfect: on walking distance from city centre and train station. The staff was very helpful and friendly at any time. Good breakfast buffet.

The beds are rather hard and the airco(?)/ventilation system is not adjustable from the room. This however wouldn't stop us from returning to this hotel.

Room in need of a revamp - linen and curtains detract a lot from the attractiveness of the room. Very small bathroom - we could barely walk around the bidet and hand basin to get to the toilet cistern.

Friendly staff

Of two tv sets in a double room none was working. Charging for wireless internet connection nowadays it's silly also because one can get it for free in a park 200 meters far from the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The location is excellent - beside the old town/pedestrian area.
