It was my second stay in this hotel and I do not regret. The first time I was in 2010 with my family. We were astonished by its elegance, typical Italian spirit, good taste in decoration, and of course, the warm welcome, nice, delicious breakfast (on the 6th floor, bird view on the town). We felt as if we were received by good old friends ! Same impression for the last visit in July 2012. Highly recommend this hotel for the people who look for authentity, real Italian (Ligurian) hospitality, beautiful location (you are at walking distance from nearly everything!! - historical, cultural spots, shopping, theatre).

Nice spacious room, with all the facilities though the air conditioning was a mobile unit. Breakfast was as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice feel about this hotel. Only stayed one night so did not find anything wrong.

The location was perfect for me as it was right where I wanted to be. The room was great with a comfortable bed and on a quiet floor at the rear of the building. The owners and staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced in a hotel and they were so helpful. The roof top breakfast room was fantastic and the choice of food was ideal. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Genova and when I return it will be my first choice.

The staff were very friendly and happy. They offered a map of the city and gave us a list of restaurants they recommended. The location was excellent, very central to both the port and the old city.

Posizione Pulizia scadente nel locale colazione. Stoviglie e tavoli sempre sporchi. Visto che l'hotel non ha il posteggio sarebbe auspicabile una convenzione con i parcheggi vicini visto i prezzi elevati.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Ihre Ankündigung ließe ein größeres Hotel erwarten. Es ist sehr kleinräumig, vor allem die Gänge sind sehr eng und durch unnötigen "Dekor" noch verstellt. Ein Horror im Brandfall! Die Angabe "Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung und sind möglicherweise gebührenpflichtig." ist zu relativieren. Tatsächlich befindet sich einige Minuten entfernt eine Parkgarage. Gebühr für 2 Tage 50 Euro.

la localisation, rue semi piétonne animée, monuments et places splendides à proximité immédiate et sur le même trottoir cafés et restaurants gastronomiques; la décoration intérieure et la disposition de la chambre, on se croirait plus dans un gîte rural que dans une chambre d'hôtel anonyme; la terrasse au 6ème pour le petit déjeuner l'amabilité et la disponibilté de la famille qui tient l'hôtel un petit conseil pour arriver en voiture : ne venez pas avec une grosse voiture ou vous ferez des embrassades entre vos rétroviseurs et les poignées de porte des rez de chaussée ; et bien sûr n'espérez pas vous garer, c'est le centre de Gênes!

La deco tres artistique, un accueil de grande disponibilite et une grosse qualite de service. Petit dejeuner en terrasse. Idealement situé dans le centre historique proche de tout. Preferons la chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue

La posizione centrale e vicina ai luoghi di interesse. La vista dalla terrazza adibita a prima colazione. La cortesia del personale. La cura e la ricercatezza degli arredamenti. Le dimensioni ridottissime della camera e del bagno. Il parcheggio distante.

Sao apenas os donos ,marido,mulher e filho que comandam o hotel.Eles sao uma simpatia,deram dicas de irmos visitar e comer,otimos lugares e sem cobrancas excusas,tudo muito honesto.O Hotel impressiona ao se chegar,com aparencia acanhada,mas é muito fashion dentro,e o local do café fica no alto do predio e uma locaçao adoravel.Parece que a senhora é uma designer.Valeu muito a pena ficar la.Volto com toda a certeza.

хорошее расположение. в качестве парковки предлагают городской паркинг стоимость порядка 40 евро в сутки что при путешествии на авто делает остановку в нем экономически не целесообразной. Wi Fi только на первом этаже. мебель своеобразная просто плохо крашеная кисточкой старая мебель середины прошлого века. завтрак отвратный, да на веранде, но стекла в ней давно не мыли.

l'emplacement très bien situé pour visiter cette belle ville de Gênes surtout l'accueil de nos hôtes ainsi que le petit-déj servi sur la terrasse au 6ème étage en compagnie de notre charmante hôtesse. surprenant à notre arrivée , nous en sommes partis très contents. Il est signalé chambre "moderne" c'est plutôt "baroque" mais ça ne manque pas de charme et de personnalité. La salle de bain ( un peu limite à mon goût) nuit de parking à 25 € .....

Niente Camera con pessima pavimentazione. Arredamento povero, vecchio, pessimo e decadente. Camera sporca. Colazione povera e con cibo non fresco. Sconsiglierei questo Hotel anche al mio peggior nemico.

Avevo già soggiornato un anno e mezzo fa ed avevo trovato la struttura bella. Purtroppo però la stessa non è stata tenuta in modo impeccabile. La camera presenta troppe pecche... Zoccolino che si stacca, muri da riverniciare, lampadine che non funzionano. Decisamente peggiorato.

La pulizia e la trasandatezza, dappertutto, anche nella sala sul terrazzo dove servivano la colazione, ed anche per la colazione le stoviglie erano sporche ed il cibo pessimo. In bagno c'erano ancora le bustine dei saponi usate dai precendenti viaggiatori. Assolutamente un tre stelle inappropriato ed insoddisfacente, calcolando anche che è senza parcheggio ed a 80€(offertissima) a notte
