Big room. We were traveling with 3 kids and they accommodated us in a very spacious environment. Super friendly staff. Very private. Parking is not an issue, and yes it's less than 5 mins from the Colosseum!

This is the third time I go: I think rooms have a backflow problem with the bidet: not a biggie, but they all backflow a little bit. Other tourists are mainly noisy kids from various parts of Europe: so if you cant' sleep at night because of the noise this is not a good place to be. Overall though I still found it the best bang for our vacation $$$. Watch out because they have special offers on their web site that expire from time to time. They still practice these lower prices on www.booking.com though (if available).

Not easy to get to city center from the hotel, you need to take a first bus and then switch to the metro and it take at least 50 mn all together to go from the hotel to the city center. + Metro closes at 23h30 so you need to take a 50 euros taxi if you want to go back to the hotel after that, or take a night bus if you know how to speak italian because bus drivers don't.

Easy access to the airport (less than 20 minutes drive); free parking; good price (it was only EUR58 for a twin room).

Far away from the city centre; not very polite staff.

1. Value for money - I used a promotion at the end of December and was able to stay at very reasonable prise in a nice hotel like this one. Parking is free of charge and our daughter (5 years old) could stay for free. 2. Location - very close to nice and big shopping centre and hospital (which I unfortunatelly had to use). Away from the historical centre, but good transport links - metro is within 15 min of walking and busses stop rigth next to the hotel. Close to a major roads but still our room was quiet. 3. Very clean. 4. Nice breakfast.

1. Receptioninsts were not the friendliest I have met and gave very little information about the area, transport, events, etc. You have to discover things or better to prepare in internet in advance. The other hotel staff was ok. 2. You have to pay additionally for internet.

you have to pay for the internet and probably it is better to have a car to stay there.

Staff were great, room was great, breakfast was great, and price was great. Best value for money of any hotel I have ever stayed at!

Nice breakfast; nice room with balkony;metro station EUR Fermi is reachable from the hotel on foot (30 mins walk).

Staff seemed to be a bit arrogant; breakfast coffee from coffee-machines was awful; sometimes it was pretty noisy sometimes at night because of the tourist buses arriving and departing from the hotel parking.

I didn't like the deposit that was held for 10 days even though the rooms I rented had no problem.

The staff was professional and very accommodating. They gave us more than what we asked for. This hotel also had a pool and it was clean. The breakfast was really good. Eggs, meats, etc and there were people to serve you. The parking was free. The bed was comfortable and a matrimonial one. The room was smoke free. The shower was very efficient with plenty of hot water. The room in general was very modern and clean. I really felt at home here and I would stay here again. The hotel provides maps and all. Hotel has an elevator for those that need it. Breakfast runs pretty late, sometimes up to 11 am. And checkout is not early either.

It was far from the downtown a little and about 1.5 km from the Eur Fermi subway station. We walked it with 2 babies one night because we missed the bus back, which was around midnight. It is walkable though. There are also a few buses that pass that take you to the metro and back if you make it before midnight or so. Consult the schedule.

Hotel had nice, clean and comfort rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff.
