I stayed only one night, so didnt interact a lot with staff or used extensively the facilities. But hotel is nice, room was really clean and comfortable, cable TV. Also nice breakfast. In front of metro station. |

Location was very good. Some of the staff were very helpful, others were not so helpful. We were given initially a small room with no view. When we objected, we were moved to a much nicer room. |

Hotel was clean and quite, location was very good - near the park and on the main average level shopping street. The room was very, very small, so as the bathroom. That was unpleasant surprise. I we had stayed with our children, then there wouldn't be inaf space for even our luggage.... |

Tha hotal is beautiful, and with the special offer over the internet, was great value for money/ however on arrival the check-in receptionst was use-less. She did not even tel us what time bfreakfast was at and we had to find out for ourselves. because of this we did not bother the front desk at all during our stay, as she was ever off-putting. |

I really liked the design of the hotel.It's like if you are transmitted in another century while trying to find your room.. Breakfast was really poor and the personnel was not so friendly. |

Room was very clean which was great. Shower had very poor drainage system. Roomwas extremely small for the price quoted, although the price we paid through Booking.com made it more reasonable. One staff member was extremely rude. Middle aged lady on reception. We asked where the footbal was being shown which was a very high priority of ours to see, and she said the game wasn't on at all. |

the hotel is inside city and clean what i dont like one woman at reception i think this is the responsable (she dont have time to answer about one question about some activity at hotel and the sound of train during the night is very annoying |

The hotel was very good located and close to all the central parts of milano. The staff was not very friendly and the room had an aqward smell coming from the bathroom. |

The location of the hotel was excellent! Right next to a metro station but also, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Also a number of good restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, compact and perfectly formed. All mod cons, good continental breakfast and the spa is now open! |
