Just the location what makes this hotel above normal, the rest is below average, Ac wasnt working in my room, very rude staff, internet free but limited to per hour usage which is very inconvinient. Also at breakfast we had very limited options served. If you are in Milan for quick shopping/business tour this hotel would do, other wise forget about it,

Best things are: very clean hotel rooms, location is excellent (close to central station and metro), the lounge area outside, free fast Wi-Fi in public area. Rooms: too small, pillows are hard, TV channels and volume are too bad, bathroom: too small (that’s why they don’t put pictures) & water pressure is so poor, reception desk staff : some are not friendly at all !!, breakfast: poor selection... Overall it’s overpriced.

Breakfast was nice, attentive staff. Felt like subway went right under our bed. Disturbed by steps from other guests. Rock hard beds and pillows. Dysfunctuonal aircondition.

My wife & I stayed 2 nites over the week-end. We paid 140€ / per nite breakfast included, a very good deal for this hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was welcoming & very helpful.

The outside of the building is absolutely beautiful! Great location! Free American breakfast was fantastic, public Bathrooms are very clean. Very pretty when you walk in. Our room was 306, as soon as you got off the elevator it smelled like a moldy mop, My room was very tiny, bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything and everyone. I asked for a thermometer because I had a fever. The man at the front desk said there is a pharmacy across the street. Very un helpful. I think this hotel should be a 2 star hotel. I should have stayed at the Principe Di Savoia again!
