Convenient to major tourist attractions. The service is professional.

Major problem is the room. I was assigned to a room on the 1st floor, it seemed quite at first, however, after a while, I could feel the commotion on the floor, then I realized that the hotel was situated on top of the major subway station, and the train kept on running underneath causing a "railway" noise which ran until around 12:45 am and started again early in the morning. So with such a so called "4 star" hotel I had to put on ear plugs to get to sleep. Therefore, my advice is : never book rooms on the1st floor. The second floor is ok but make sure you ask for a non-smoking room.

Location and free Internet. Good spa at a bargain price.

Shower, bathroom is too small. Can't even open door all the way. Bad ventilation requires to keep windows open all the time that brings noise. Doors and windows can be opened by 2 year old easily - huge kids safety issues everywhere.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice, very chic decoration. Breakfast buffet is just awesome. Our room has a small terrace.

I booked my room as a king and was given a single bed in a tiny room.

Really lovely hotel. Great location - train stop right outside the door and 3 stops from the Duomo. The room was clean and the towels were big and fluffy. Great breakfast. Can I also suggest a restaurant right around the corner? It's called "Move" and the food was delicious and the staff was great!

The outside of the building is absolutely beautiful! Great location! Free American breakfast was fantastic, public Bathrooms are very clean. Very pretty when you walk in.

Our room was 306, as soon as you got off the elevator it smelled like a moldy mop, My room was very tiny, bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything and everyone. I asked for a thermometer because I had a fever. The man at the front desk said there is a pharmacy across the street. Very un helpful. I think this hotel should be a 2 star hotel. I should have stayed at the Principe Di Savoia again!
