Convenient location (for me). Nice interior. Free internet Was given a tiny room, with a window facing a blind wall! When i asked if there is any other room available, the very stiff guy at the reception made clear that he didnt liked that. Finally, i was given an exact same size of room, but with overlooking on the Air conditioning machines! And i payed rack rate, not some bargain deal. Internet was free, but most of the known sites were blocked. You couldn't even go to YouTube etc. When i asked why, i got the answer "sorry, hotel policy"... Breakfast was very basic, very few choices. |

The hotel is clean,nice decorated.Is situated not far from the center of Milan.At the enter of the hotel there is a taxi stop and the entrance of metropolitan Porta Venezia. Breakfast is good.The restaurant in the hotel is also good. The single room is really small,just for 1 person and a small suitcase. I saw a room for 2 persons (2 single beds) it`s nice and big. |

rooms facing the heavily trafficed street should be avoided. it's not horrible, but a little too noisy, especially if you're staying longer. ask for a room facing the court yard. the staff is very helpful. |

When we arrived they were waiting for us. The receptionist knew my name. We didnt like our small room and the bed so the secound day they change it.We get bigger room with a nice view. I didnt like the breakfast, not many choises.They didnt have a bread and vegetable |

The location of the hotel is great, as well as the staff. The room we had was very clean and had all items you would expect in such category. Breakfast is good not more and the spa seems nice although we did not get there. |

It is right in the center, 20mins walk to Duomo, the decoration of hotel hall, restaurant, etc is very nice, personnel helpful. I thought internet is too expensive. |

Can mention just few possitive things: nice location, good kitchen (allthough the variety at breakfast might give expectations for better), small but very lovely spa centre. Have to say that this was one of the worst hotel choices I've ever done. You'll not be able to enjoy the few advantages of the hotel as no chance for good sleep if you get windows over the street + non stop metro boom. Strongly recomend not to book a standard single as it is at size of a bigger cage. The bedlinen was not clean!!! |

I stay at this hotel regularly when I am on business in milano. Before I discovered it I had tried many other hotels in corso buenos aires but this is by far the best. Although it is so central it is modern and staff are extremely helpful. |

Convenient for shopping and sightseeing with Metro station nearby. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, functional and comfortable enough for a short city trip. |

Restaurant, design, location There's no free Wi-Fi or Internet connection and the price for it is simply extortionate (4EUR / minute) which in a 4 star property isn't really acceptible especially given their focus on business customers. |

Breakfast was well presented with a great variety of foods and great service. Location of hotel good for city activities. Reception were most helpful at all times. The spa was not open and we were not made aware of this before arrival. This was disappointing. |
