The Erdarelli is a family-run hotel set across from the 17th-century basilica of Sant'Andrea delle Fratte. It is a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome.

Location is fabulous. The beds were comfy but tiny. The linens were spotless.
This hotel has declined in its apparence and service in the last years. The wifi was hopeless. The breakfast was a pastry in a plastic bag from the grocery store with a tasteless coffee. The hairdryer did not work. The soap was rationed. It seemed more like a hostel than a hotel except for the lobby. Poor customer service. Not worth the price at all.
I will back again to this Hotel
mini bar refrigerator was broken so no cold drinks and it only stocked water
Locallity; Secure; Friendly staff.
Very small room
the apartment was small but had a nice porch
they charge TEN euros per day for internet. The breakfast is also not included. Other hotels in the region have better prices, and include breakfast and internet...Hotel Parlamento is a better option.
The location was amazing, totally perfect just next to the Spanish stairs. If you want to explore Rome and not stay so much at the hotel, this is the perfect spot for you and real value for money.
The breakfast was just coffee and an croissant with jam. The hotel is quite unfresh but we had a great time since we got a good price and the best location.
Charming and helpful staff, who were prompt to sort out problems. Wonderful location.
Supply of shampoo sporadic, and quality not very good. I should have welcomed better shampoo, plus conditioner. The air conditioning didn't work very well. Strangely stocked mini-bar; I wasn't expecting anything terribly self-indulgent, but why not choose a better beer, at least, and include a little bottle of white wine?
Only the location
- Old facilities - insufficient amenities (e.g. towels, soap) - internet was charged extra (10 euros per day!!) and was functioning poorly. - website was mentioning airport shuttle, which at the end was a taxi that you had to pay. Why advertise that anyway? - Room not sufficiently clean. I found cut nails on my bathroom floor and I have not cut my nails! I, in fact, took a picture. - Breakfast could have been better, namely something that someone may enjoy.
Location is amazing. But most bedrooms look into internal courtyard and could be dark.
There is no free wifi and they were going to charge 10 euros per device? Between our 2 phones and 2 laptops that meant an extra 40 euros a day?! Aircon was not working but we were told the hotel was full when it was not. Rceptionists were perfunctory ant not particularly friendly or helpful (except for one). Bathrooms are tiny to the point of being clostrophobic but clean, and good powerful showers with shampoo and shower gel provided
ugly room, not the most helping staff
The breakfast is not worth the price and not available early in the morning.
Best location, the stuff was super nice and helpful!
The breakfast includes only coffee and pastry but who needs more when you in rome?
Only the location an the staff
Everything else were poor
The best location ; very polite personal. Comfortable and clean room . Great place!
Excellent location in Rome, right in the main shopping district and busy Spanish steps.
The location of the hotel is just perfect - you are in the heart of Rome and really close to everything. The room is clean and not too old. The personnel is very helpful and nice. They fixed all the issues(shower, blankets) quickly and efficiently.
Its amazing that in 2014 you have to pay 10 eur a day for using a wifi. Its incredible that they have no internet at the reception - they could not even find the restaurant's address!
