The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was quite good. The hotel was quite close to the river, which made for a beautiful walk into the center (about 10 minutes). |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made the effort to talk to you. Breakfast was good, making a great start to the day. The rooms were very spacious, with good heating and a sink in there for convenience. The location was handy as it was just a straight walk into the centre, walking along the water. We could also see Ponte Vecchio from our balcony! The room booked was for a share bathroom (which was no problem) however the bathroom itself was in poor condition. The toilet and shower were in the same room, but the shower was just off the wall with a curtain. The floor would get very wet, along with almost everything else. Also, the toilet leaked and the room smelled like gas. |

Excellent! Everything was really nice in our room and breakfast was definitely a plus. The bathroom we had, which was a shared bathroom was a little different but it didn't matter compared with the price we paid. |
