环境很好，有很多古旧的装饰，让我们还原对于欧洲的想象。服务人员都很热情。 走路到火车站15分钟左右，很适合走路参观佛罗伦萨。

服务环境都非常好！

服務不錯, 離車站不遠, 走路約10~15分可抵達車站, 約20分可抵達市區. 附近安靜, 靠近美國大使館, 且安全. 早餐無限量, 含網路.

浴室太老舊, 很不方便洗澡, 這是唯一缺點.

Very nice and comfortable hotel! As we stayed not the first time in this area of Florence, it is very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The quadruple room is perfect for 2 families, clean and spacy, 2 separate rooms, with one bathroom, very stylish decorations (in old fashion way), with air condition, internet connection. Very helpful and hospitable stuff. Thank you for such warm welcome and all recommendations! It was very convenient to park a car in the inner yard (15 Eur per day) as in Florence it’s quite difficult to find hotel with parking. We would definitely stay again here, even the distance is not so short from the historical places (for babies trolly is a must:)

It was a beautiful old hotel! I felt like I had just stepped into Italy in the 1800's! Breakfast was wonderful It had a great selection and everything tasted so good!. The staff was so helpful!! They helped us to our rooms and any questions we had they knew the answer to. They had extra pillows and blankets in the room! It was also so quiet at night. Location was good but since Florence does not have a train system inside of the city it was a lot of walking.Would recommend!!

The water pressure was not so good the first day there but they fixed it. It says they have parking but driving in Florence is not allowed so we could have gotten a ticket or towed. Luckily they say that you normally do not get a ticket on that street but it is a gamble! I would ask before driving again.

Tha hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the hotel is situated in a quiet location, there is a possibility to park a car in the hotel courtyard - it is closed and safe...we were very satisfied.

Missed the promised coffee maker (electric water boiler and coffee on the room)

Decent breakfast was provided. We could communicate in English with the staff. Staff recommended a couple of good restauranrts. Made opera reservations for us.

This is a small hotel, and has a lovely Tuscan Villa feel about it. Rooms look out onto a central cortyard and it is great value for money. The city centre is a good walk, however it is a very pleasant walk along the river. There is very little traffic noise and the rooms are spotlessly clean. There is a good variety avaiable at the buffet breakfast. This was our second stay and we would return..

The gardens in the courtyard/carpark could be greatly improved with a little TLC.

The mangement were superb and very helpful ideed, The owner was truly one of the most knowledgeable people about Florence, he was a terrific help to us. The hotel is very well situated and having a carpark is wondeful in that part of the city. Good rooms and facilities.
