Crosti Hotel  

Front Desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, clean rooms, and great breakfast.

Paying additional for wifi. Include as part of room charge.

It was small and friendly, located in a nice little street which wasn't that noisy, and it was fairly close to everything.

The beds are very very hard

It exceeded my expectations. It is immaculately clean, stylish and with very friendly staff. Breakfast was also really good. It's close to Termini Station and within walking distance of most of the major attractions. I would definitely stay here again. Very very good value for money.

My only tiny quibble was that that mattress was a little hard, but that is hardly worth noting.

Our last night of our holidays we spent at the Crosti hotel, good room,excellent shower. On the better side of the Termini station,helpful reception, easy walk to everywhere, handy restaurants in the surrounding streets. Reception minded our bags for us, as we had a late flight, and they booked our transit to the airport. Breakfast was good as well.

We stayed 2 nights at the Crosti Hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom recently modeled. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

There is no WiFi available and the bed was too firm.

Staff was very competent. The breakfast buffet was very good. The server was most pleasant.

Room and shower were small.

Receptionist very helpful and spoke english well. Breakfast good.

Only little grumble and probably me being fussy breakfast was not to my liking.

The staff were very helpful, the lady in the dining was absolutely delightful, even when she flat out, maybe they should have someone to help her

I had the same bed linen on for 4 days, I would have expected it to have been changed at least once as it was very hot

The location is ideal, a couple of streets away from Termini, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel itself : very clean, quiet, basic. Our room was bigger than expected, nice bathroom, fridge. It's a great hotel for people who are looking for a comfortable place to sleep.

The shower was tiny.

Crosti hotel is in a very convenient location,close to Termini station and many other sights,but it is off the main, busy roads in one of the nicer side streets.The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.There are plenty of restaurants along the street to try, also the breakfast is exceptional at Crosi too!We would be glad to stay at Crosti again or recommend this little hotel to anybody visiting Roma.

Simply furnished hotel. Hotel was overpriced for the location and facilities.

We booked a triple room and were given a suite which included a seperate room with a double bed and a room with a single bed - so there was plenty of space, which was positive. Staff were quite friendly.

Hotel was in an incredibly noisy neighbourhood - noise continued all night, every night - yet hotel was located some distance away from major sights, which was disappointing. Rooms whilst spacious were quite basic. Breakfast was disappointing - consisted largely of sweet items, such as cake.
