Hotel Croux  

Hotel Croux is situated in Courmayeur centre, very close to the main square where the airport coaches stop. From the hotel, it's just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street and there are several nice restaurants within a short distance from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, catering to the visitors' needs and making an effort to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. Skiers are offered free transfers to and from the nearest cable car every 30 minutes (mornings and afternoons). We had breakfasts at the hotel - quite a large variety of food including home-made cake, croissants etc. Regarding the room, it was simply furnished and clean, with a view of the mountains, and the bathroom was a good size and pleasant. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago. Overall, a really good hotel experience.

The only downside was the price - I have stayed in 3-star hotels in various European cities, and this one was definitely the most expensive one, probably twice as expensive as an average 3-star hotel. However, the prices were in line with the other local hotels - we found that Courmayeur is generally a quite expensive resort.

Very nice, cozy, confortable hotel, with friendly staff, good breakfast, good location and surroundings. Would recomend it to friends anytime.

Very good room, excellent location in relation to the winter sports, access to Mont Blanc, and the town of Courmeyeur.

The hotel is very nicely placed near the centre and near the bus station. The prices are somewhat high but given the city is winter resort (and we visited in January) and the good facilities of the hotel are reasonable. The room was spacious with modern bathroom and always clean. The staff speaks very good English and is extremely helpful.

Although included in the price the breakfast was very limited for Italian standards.

Dog friendly.

Everthing, mountains, veiws

Available late check in (we arrived from France at 1 am to avoid tunnel traffic) and easy and convenient location. Also pet friendly.

The room had terrible smell, we think we got a pet used room that wasn't properly cleaned. Breakfast was poor.

Comfortable hotel very close to city centre of Courmayeur and near Mount Blanc massif. Good place to be for mountains, skiing or as we did an overnight stop on our way to southern Italy.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the public bus ( SAT) bus stop and shops and bars. The hotel provide a free bus service in the morning and afternoon to the ski lifts which is great as you don't have to walk or rely on public buses. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend going to bar Roma, there is a free buffet until 9pm!!

There us a charge for freshly squeezed orange juice!! The towels are quite thin. These points are minor and would not prevent me from stopping here again!!

- Personalen var ytterst vänlig och hjälpsam. - Rummen är relativt små och asketiska men badrummet var snyggt. - Frukosten var över förväntan, mycket bra och den behövs eftersom det är både besvärligt och dyrt med annat arrangemang i Courmayeur. - Internet var väldigt bra att ha. - Bastun är trevlig. - Läget är perfekt med tanke på förbindelser med bil eller buss - hotellets egen transport till backen fungerade klanderfritt

Ingenting direkt men det borde finnas bättre skidförvaring och torkutrymmen
