Staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. They did their best to find us another room which was much quieter even providing us with ear plugs (unrequested)! However it is the luck of the draw as to how quiet your neighbours are. The hotel is in a good position and the lifts to/from Dolonne ski lift are appreciated. The bar/lounge and TV lounge are very pleasant and comfortable. The walls/floors are thin and let too much noise through. You can hear voices easily and even suitcase zips. Hard floors also cause much noise below. We were woken by other, albeit very noisy guests, even wearing ear plugs. |

Helpful staff, Good location close to town , with ski shuttle to slopes 5 mins away. Accomodation a bit basic , but pretty much as expected for a 3* ski hotel |

Location is good, in the center of the village. Free transportation to Dolanne ski lift was good surprise. Free billard and sauna was nice. Service in the hotel reception was nice. Breakfast was normal except the fruits were a bit unfresh. |

We stayed for one day and it was an excellent experience .Hotel room was super clean and hotel is very srategically located near the city centre and all major tourist attraction. Nothing..everything was perfect |

The services personal was very polite. The room was in an excellent condition and the position of the hotel was very good for our activites (skiing) The breakfast was good but the asssortment of sauges and cheese wasn't variegated. |

Room newly refurbished, very clean and spacious. Hotel centrally located, with easy access to both the transports, the restaurants and the town centre. The breakfast was a bit basic (i.e. all industrial products) but it was OK for the price. |

La comodità di stare in centro, l'ottima colazione ed il personale gentile e servizievole. La sera si possono trascorrere delle piacevoli serate nella hall dove c'è il bar piccolino,ma ben fornito. L'unica cosa sono i saponi e i prodotti per la toilette/doccia un Po miseri. |
