Complimentary coffee and tea, convenience next to Airport and shuttle service. 24 hour room service and spa offerings smoking room window did not open wide enough for me to let the smoke out and not smoke up the room too badly |

convenient bus service to airport. staff spoke English well. I don't like when the hotel makes a king sized bed by pushing together two twin sized beds. |

Close to airport; that's what I needed. Airconditioning did not work in the room. Wifi connection was sold but did not properly reach my room. Hotel did refunded the payment because of the problem. |

Conveniently located near the airport. I think overall the value of this hotel is quite poor. The standard is okay, though for the price it is relatively low. The service was also lacking in some aspects - for example, we went down to the resaturant to have dessert at about 9:30pm and were told we couldn't sit in the restaurant because we weren't ordering a three course meal. After some thought they told us we could sit in the empty bar area. In view of the fact the restaurant was only about 20% full, I didn't understand this and found it surprisingly rude. |

This hotel was everything one desires for a short business stay. The room had everything one needs. The request shuttle service was a nice extra. The restaurant facilities were very good. |

Good meals and free shuttle bus from Malpensa Airport. Air conditionning didn't work well - it was too hot in the room. Also I got twice an invoice with wrong data and I'm still waiting for a correct one. |

Not a whole lot Staff-I''ve had better service at budget motels! Cold and distant, wouldn't verify plane departure, I had made a booking error and was charged rack rate for second room. Food-had dinner-over priced for extremely average food- the gnocchi sauce tasted canned. We opted for breakfast at the airport. |

This facility is very close to the airport. The shuttle service is a must due to location in a small town center. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express preferred the Crown Plaza due to food service |

We stayed here the night before flying out of Malpensa. It was very convienent. We were picked up promtly from the airport and they had shuttles going back to the airport in the morning every half hour. We had dinner at the hotel that night, it was excellent! nothing, it was perfect. |

Information regarding getting the shuttle bus - there was none. When we arrived at the hotel the greeting was poor. Why does the sauna close at 9pm when the gym stays open until 11pm?! |

It was close to the airport. I had a friend from the USA call and try to order a bottle of wine and pay for the room as a surprise for me and they would not allow either! |
