Crowne Plaza Milan Malpensa Airport  

I take great exception paying for internet access both in the room and to use the computer and printer in the lobby. Also the bidet was clogged and subsequently starting leaking from the bottom on the bathroom flow. Yuck. Staff also was not strong on English language.

Everything is fine, good hotel for a night before your flight

The relation etween price and service. I did not miss anything . Cleane, comfortable, kettle, tea, large room, large bath, smoking opportunity . Breakfast is ok.

It is strange - extra charges for tv and internet in a business hotel.

Very nice. Would stay again and would recommend for travellers like us just coming into Milan to catch a plane out. We used the shuttle service and were very pleased. Slightly farther from the airport than anticipated, but rented our car from Economy. Dropped the car off and conveniently walked back to the hotel. Bonus.

Arrived about 3:00 pm and wanted to have a light dinner. Only food available was in the bar. No problem except the two salads on the bar menu which three of our party of four would have had was not available. A disappointment.

Ease of local transportation and proximity of the airport.

Was little difficult to find, even with gps.

The room was clean, stylish and had nice touches. We liked the non- fogging mirror, the speaker in bathroom and general appearance of the room and appreciated the energy saving touches. Wonderful room for Italy.

Did not like the television set-up. It was hard to tell if I would be charged to listen to the radio. In us we have free movies. That would have been nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bar food was microwaved left overs and cost a bomb! Our pasta was even crispy on the edges. 5 Euro for a coke!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here in the past and when my travels take me back to Milan I plan to stay there again.

I felt the restaurant's menu was somewhat limited in their selection. However, the food was of very high quality and the staff was exceptional.

there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport every 20-30 minutes which was great.

This hotel is located just outside the airport, in the middle of a low income housing area. while looking for a store, I quickly had to run back into the hotel as there were a number of "dealers" walking around, looking for potential "buyers". The internet is expensive @ Euros 5/hour.
