Convenience to airport

Loved the breakfast buffet. The lady at front desk and the bartender went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The free shuttle van and location to the airport. Excellent value for the money.Far exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again.

Hotel is nice, room was clean, shuttle to the airport.

On a diner, manager of restaurant didn't give us reseat for signing, and when we checking out, they charge us wrong amount for dinner, 30€ more, and we suppose to explain everything, but actually we have no time for this, because shuttle bus was about to gone, and we have chance to miss our flight, for the reason of bad managing.

The Internet tells you terminal 1 is scheduled bus times and terminal 2 bus on request. I called to request and was told to wait 1 hour. In the uk this is not a request its a schedule time same as terminal 1. The wording needs to be changed. The reason I chose this hotel was to avoid waiting! I paid 20 euros for a taxi to get to hotel as refused to wait an hour! False advertising.

The hotel provides close proximity to Malpensa airport with a regular shuttle. I used the hotel as a base and used the shuttle to get to the airport train (Malpensa Express) to access the central city. It is also convenient if you want to make a day trip to the lakes Maggiore and Como....Quiet, clean, good staff, great bar and restaurant.

If you have a plane to catch the next morning , this is good place to stay. Free Shuttle from T1 and T2. The room & toilet was excellent.

4 Stars hotel with chargeable internet, Euro15 per day. Seriously?? OMG thats too much. Now days even 2 stars hotel give FREE internet.

Adequate as an airport hotel

Your web site advised I could store luggage between my business trip and my holiday return. When I attempted to store luggage this was refused. Luggage storage was the only reason I stayed at your hotel and I am very disappointed that for my 5 week holiday I had to carry a further 5kg of business luggage.

Hotel was advertised as having luggage storage which was then denied.This was my sole reason for selecting this hotel and as a result i have had to carry extra luggage on my 4 week holiday that i wanted to store at the crowne for my return and last night in Europe. VERY ANGRY!!! Also the shuttle bus service for pick up is very poor with very long ques and people claiming a 2 hour wait until a seat was available. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Room was nice.

Had to fight for free wifi and breakfast. Not a pleasant experience. Went tno room to to unpack and go to sleep and the air conditioner went out. We had to repackage and move to another room. Captivate market made prices extremely high for food and drinks. Never again.

Crowne Plaza was awesome. Lovely Staff , Great Facilities .

Location distance was unexpected as to get into Milan Centrale we had to catch the curtesy bus into the airport , then jump on a bus to town. Then again the return which we waited for our curtsy bus a decent 40 mins before it came on its last trip. If we had of known of trip at last we were likely to have not bothered going into town on the day we arrived into the hotel. Besides the unexpected Location, everything else about the hotel was fantastic

The Breakfast was really good and loved the bar and restaurant being open until late. The rooms were quite comfy, hotel close to airport.

The fact that when we got to the airport, all the people we ask for direction to the hotel, no one knew where it was located. Maybe more information about hotels location at the airport would have been good, otherwise we had a very pleasurable stay.

The service in the dining room was not good we had to ask for menus we had to ask for bread they said we could have 1 hour free wifi but it dint work and instead of offering another hour they said maybe we hadnt logged on properly !!!!!

Convenience to Malpenza Airport and shuttle service (free). Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Very few alternative restaurants in area (we found three others. One was super (Restaurante Cervo within short waking distance).. Most guests were overnighting between flights as this is primarily a business hotel.

The hotel receptionist was great. The hotel is lacking in many other areas.

They should be ashamed of the food they served in the only dinning room available. We stayed the night to fly out early the next day and had no transportation, therefore we had to eat in their dinning room. Just awful - and then had the nerve to insert a card with the bill saying 'tips accepted in cash' ! I gave them a tip, I wrote "the food was terrible". I would not stay there again.
