The hotel shuttle, which is advertised to have a standard timetable, does not during most of the day. You need to call the hotel to arrange a pick up. The hotel shuttle can be found outside exit 4 - this information is also not posted anywhere in the airport or on line! Led to a lot of frustration.....

I take great exception paying for internet access both in the room and to use the computer and printer in the lobby. Also the bidet was clogged and subsequently starting leaking from the bottom on the bathroom flow. Yuck. Staff also was not strong on English language.

Close to airport We called for shuttle 3 times, waited over 45 minutes for it to come pick us up. We were lied to that the driver went to the airport and didn't see us standing at the bus stop (really?? Standing directly under the sign). That is not what travelers want!

The staff, especially at reception, are absolutely lovely and very helpful; service was always delivered with a smile. The driver of the complimentary shuttle is also excellent; he went to find a trolley and and put my two enormous suitcases on it for me without asking.

The relation etween price and service. I did not miss anything . Cleane, comfortable, kettle, tea, large room, large bath, smoking opportunity . Breakfast is ok. It is strange - extra charges for tv and internet in a business hotel.

Comfortable accomodation. Convenient to the airport with prompt service to the airport. Dinner was good. Front desk personnel were helpful. Shower and bath faucets were confusing to use. My husband had difficulty regulating the hot and cold water.

Very nice. Would stay again and would recommend for travellers like us just coming into Milan to catch a plane out. We used the shuttle service and were very pleased. Slightly farther from the airport than anticipated, but rented our car from Economy. Dropped the car off and conveniently walked back to the hotel. Bonus. Arrived about 3:00 pm and wanted to have a light dinner. Only food available was in the bar. No problem except the two salads on the bar menu which three of our party of four would have had was not available. A disappointment.

The hotel is no more than 10 minutes by free shuttle to Malpensa Airport. This is a no-fuss hotel which I like very much. Modern, nice bathrooms, nice breakfast, bar, and excellent restaurant. Price is surprisingly low. The hotel is great for one night when making an air trip to or from Malpensa. Roll your bags to the elevator to your room.Thinking real hard I cannot find anything that I could possibly complain about. Great choice if you have to fly out of Malpensa.

It was a nice hotel with nice rooms. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the airport on the free shuttle. We thought the shuttle was great. Sometimes we had to call for a ride from the airport depending what time it was, but it was free, and all of the trains you need are at the airport. The only downside is that there is absolutely nothing in the small town that the hotel is in. Nothing in the town that the hotel is in. Also, the wifi is not free.

The room was clean, stylish and had nice touches. We liked the non- fogging mirror, the speaker in bathroom and general appearance of the room and appreciated the energy saving touches. Wonderful room for Italy. Did not like the television set-up. It was hard to tell if I would be charged to listen to the radio. In us we have free movies. That would have been nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bar food was microwaved left overs and cost a bomb! Our pasta was even crispy on the edges. 5 Euro for a coke!

Extremely comfortable bed, wonderful linen and nice touch of aromatherapy products to aid sleep Difficult to find as only signed from 1 direction. If you approach from Arsizo Busto or the airports there are no signs at all for any of the airport hotels. Hotel is in great location when you find it as in v quiet location but less than 5 mins to airport

This was perfect for a stopover after arriving late to Milan airport. We literally checked in and went to sleep so it was nice to have a functional room with everything you needed. The pick up from the airport took a little long, waiting for 15-20 mins at 1am wasn't ideal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here in the past and when my travels take me back to Milan I plan to stay there again. I felt the restaurant's menu was somewhat limited in their selection. However, the food was of very high quality and the staff was exceptional.
