Locations was very good for trips to the city center and historic locations. Food selections and wait staff were not up to great standards. |

The staff was outstanding. The food was wonderful, the wine terrific, and the facility was lovely, but mostly we were extremely happy with the staff. We have a 2-year-old and they lavished her with attention. It would have been nice for the pool to be open a little longer, but that is such a minor criticism in the scheme of things. |

The hotel was great. We have no complaints. The rooms were very nice, clean, and big. We traveled with our small children and the staff was fantastic towards them. The shuttle service that they provided was a life saver. We always got on when we wanted too and it dropped you off in a centralized location. |

The hotel was well situated. Even though it was outside the city the hotel ran a very good courtesy bus service throughout the day and quite late into the night. The breakfast was good, can't comment re lunch or dinner as did not eat there. Overall, good location, friendly staff, great amenities. |

It is a good hotel but is a little out of the way. Connection by bus are OK, but the hotel restaurant could be a cheaper. The restaurant in the hotel was to expensive. combined with the fact that it is a little out of the way. It's a definite drawback. The pool was suppossed to be open but is wasn,t, though people jumped the low fence |

My children absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet, and the adults thought it was pretty good too! Also liked the free shuttle service to the city centre, which was most welcome. We had a family room, which was sizeable and we were quite comfortable. Be Aware - children under 16 cannot use the indoor pool, and that the outdoor pools are open from May to September only. Very disappointing for the family that arrives mid April for some fun in the sun, and find the pools are closed. A great shame! If the pools are not available, very hard to entertain the children around the hotel. Will need to travel into the city for entertainment. |

Spacious rooms, comfortably and effieciently furnished and equiped. Although the Hotel provides free shuttle service to City center, still it would be better if the suhttle ran for frequent as now. |

Yes i enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff were more than helpful and location for us was great . The spa and gym were a plus and made us stay here . The noise in the morning on the corridoors housekeeping were outside our door at 7.45am talking and laughing out loud they must speak and have fun at work but maybe consider the guests . They also disturbed us on our second morning construction workers banging and making a lot of noise at 8am maybe this work could start after breakfast is over and most people are after vacating thier rooms . . |

The breakfast was beautiful and was served until 11:30am, so could be enjoyed at leisure. Also, the indoor pool was very nice and you felt you could relax there for hours. The staff all had excellent English and were very friendly. The price of beer was pretty expensive, 8 Euro for one drink. |

Breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage and ham as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, dry cereals and a selection of breads, cheeses and meats. Luggage storage upon check out allow us an extra day to tour Rome. Hotel staff arranged for transportation to and from the airport. Not allowing our 9 yr old daughter to the pool was a big let down. Even under our supervision, she was not allowed to the pool or the hot tub. Unsat! Location was a bit far from the vatican. We had to ask for all the amenities that were included in this package deal. Internet, movies, etc... we had to ask for virtually all the amenities; they should have all been in the room when we arrived. |

Nice facilities - good transportation services. There was not a designated concierge; therefore, front desk personnel had to double in that compacity. Most of the time the front desk personnel were too swamped to help us with concierge questions. Please have dedicated personnel for this service. |

Room was comfortable and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The food was dreadful. The breakfast buffet was good food that was presented cold every morning. We assumed it was prepared the night before and reheated for bkfst. On our last day it was stone cold and unfortunately I had a small portion. By the time we reached Dublin, Ireland I was ill. The hotel food was the only food I had eaten all day. It was definitely food poison. |
