Está situado en lugar muy tranquilo algo alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado graciasas al bus que pone el hotel y transporte público. Amabilidad del personal y muy limpio y confortable |

El trato del personal del hotel y el buffet Que el ultimo dia antes de irnos ya no limpiaron ni el baño solo hicieron la cama , no se si seria porque era fiesta , los precios del bar un poco caros , la temperatura del spa un poco baja |

Tranquilidad, spa, calidad-precio, oferta familiar incluyendo internet, peliculas de pago y comidas de los niños gratis -que los menores de 16 años pudieran entrar a la piscina interior solo de 15 a 17 horas - Que al estar en las afueras y llenarse el autobus gratuito del hotel hubiera que coger taxis para ir al centro |

Los cuartos son espaciosos. En el restaurante a la hora de la cena nos trajeron un platillo equivocado y como tardaron mucho al final nos dieron la cena por cortesia del hotel. Buen detalle No servia el aire acondicionado |

Muy cómodo, spa gratuïto, los niños no pagan las comidas si van con dos adultos, el bus lanzadera al centro de la ciudad muy cómodo y gratuito. Que los menores de 16 años no puedan acceder al spa aunque vayan acompañados. Cuando el tiempo no permite el baño en la piscina exterior, deberían hacer alguna excepción . |

The staff was outstanding. The food was wonderful, the wine terrific, and the facility was lovely, but mostly we were extremely happy with the staff. We have a 2-year-old and they lavished her with attention. It would have been nice for the pool to be open a little longer, but that is such a minor criticism in the scheme of things. |

The hotel was great. We have no complaints. The rooms were very nice, clean, and big. We traveled with our small children and the staff was fantastic towards them. The shuttle service that they provided was a life saver. We always got on when we wanted too and it dropped you off in a centralized location. |

The hotel was well situated. Even though it was outside the city the hotel ran a very good courtesy bus service throughout the day and quite late into the night. The breakfast was good, can't comment re lunch or dinner as did not eat there. Overall, good location, friendly staff, great amenities. |

It is a good hotel but is a little out of the way. Connection by bus are OK, but the hotel restaurant could be a cheaper. The restaurant in the hotel was to expensive. combined with the fact that it is a little out of the way. It's a definite drawback. The pool was suppossed to be open but is wasn,t, though people jumped the low fence |

My children absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet, and the adults thought it was pretty good too! Also liked the free shuttle service to the city centre, which was most welcome. We had a family room, which was sizeable and we were quite comfortable. Be Aware - children under 16 cannot use the indoor pool, and that the outdoor pools are open from May to September only. Very disappointing for the family that arrives mid April for some fun in the sun, and find the pools are closed. A great shame! If the pools are not available, very hard to entertain the children around the hotel. Will need to travel into the city for entertainment. |

excellent service staff very friendly.hotel in quiet area.The spa center was great and also the breakfast buffet where you can find nearly everything(eggs bacon cereals,soya bio and free from gluen bread!!fresh pressed juice) Great!! You have to take the public bus to reach the centre of rome,bus is often crowded:( |
