Public transportations are right outside the hotel. The pool is a big plus for the children.

Everything is old, it has run down feeling to it, as many things such as the sink, toilet, shower are somewhat dated and sometimes malfunction.

    The staff The facilities

Not enough milk, tea coffee in the rooms. Although this pales in significant to the lovely experience we had at the hotel.

Staff helpful, breakfast (which was included in our deal) was good, had a bizarrely deep (over 4 metres!) outdoor pool with towels supplied, plus small kids paddle pool. nice bar/cafe, chambermaids excellent, good shuttle bus which we used each day. Shop on site. gym on site. Overall a good way to do Rome with a large family while avoiding self catering.

Very noisy and old air con units in rooms. We were given adjoining rooms (good) but instead of two doubles each as booked, had a small sofa bed and king, and sofa beds right beside loud air con units and not big enough for two. Confusing to know which restaurants were which, quite unaccommodating on our first night.

Very professional and friendly staff - especially the front desk. Within taxi distance to the centre of the city (10-15 euro) Room interiors were well appointed and quiet.

The food needs improving. The one dinner we had there was cold and bland. The breakfast buffet was good, but could have used a little more variety.

Very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. Very easy to travel into the old city & to Vatican City either on the hotel bus or the local bus, which leaves from just outside he hotel. We were happy to be a few miles out & enjoy the pool & quieter location. So easy & cheap to travel in, you just have to plan ahead a little. Would definitely stay again.

Had two connecting rooms & one bathroom was a little cramped but the other much better.

For Rome this was an excellent location with space in rooms and good facilities. Kids enjoyed the pool. Overall a very positive experience and we would recommend this hotel to others.

It was quiet - away from the tourist crowds. The outdoor poor and grounds were excellent. A couple of good restaurants on the grounds and in the nearby area. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Airport shuttle was fast and easy.

The shuttle ending at noon from the hotel on the weekend was too soon.

The hotel doesn't shout fancy on the outside but it was a perfect hidden gem of a hotel. Facilities and staff were family friendly. Lorenzo always put a smile on me and my family's faces with his warm and sincere hospitality!

A/C didn't get as cold as we would have liked it to get but that is just a personal preference.

Great service and value for money. Regular shuttle bus to city centre was convenient at 1.50 euro per person. I was aware of the distance from city so was prepared for this. Was not far but I could hear others complain. Restaurant was great and breakfast was the best I have had in my 3 times travelling to Europe.

Shuttle bus was great for getting into Rome. Breakfasts were mostly good.

Shower could have been better. Very busy on our last morning and breakfast not so good, cold bacon.

The garden setting, not too far from the Vatican, yet away from the noise and traffic congestion of central Rome. A very comfortable bed. Just next door there is an excellent restaurant named Arturo'S. Extensive selection at the breakfast buffet. Small shop where one can buy stamps and mail cards.

As in most European hotels, the breakfast buffet is quite expensive (although there is a slightly cheaper option available when you check in). The food at the hotel restaurant (lunch and dinner) is just fair. See comment in the plus section. The wifi is not free.
