The rooms were very spacious and comfortable

The room was very nice with a veranda over looking the tennis courts and well kept green area with nice grass and mature variety of trees and bushes. Room service was excellent and staff kept room always clean and supplied. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful and respectful. The general atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Arturo's restaurant right outside of the hotel made for very nice eating and convenience.

The SPA and exercise room were very good and clean, but the jacuzzi area needs attention.

The only dissappointing thing for our kids was that they could not enter the spa -which by the way had great pool and jacuzzi and plenty of tratments for reasonable prices.

The shuttle service to the airport stopped at 5.00pm. The courtesy bus only went as far as St Peters in the morning and ventured downtown only in the afternoon. Couldn't really see why it couldn't go downtown in the morning as well - as St Peters was on the way. Thought the hotel somewhat overdue for refurbishment. The carpets were a bit dowdy and there were chips on the bathroom floor.

Inconvenient to go to and fro to the city center as there is no direct access to the metro. Food selection at the restaurant was limited. No convenience shops / supermarkets within 200-300 meters.

Very comfortable and affordable. Facilities were first class. Pool was great and restaurant very affordable and had lovely outside patio area.

We booked this hotel on our way out of Rome for just the one night. It provided a shuttle to the airport for a reasonable fee. We were also upgraded to a suite upon our arrival. The setting was quiet and serene for our purpose, and the dining room meal was excellent. Staff were very accommodating, and they provided computers with free wi-fi. We never had to leave the hotel. The location is not close enough to anything for walks to see sights. Perfect for a quiet getaway, however, and that is what we were looking for on this day.

The shuttle service was not quite as good as it should have been. Paid on the hotel bill directly - a good thing - there were 6 guests on the shuttle that morning. Driver let us out at terminal 3, when all of us needed to be at Terminal 5...a long walk and additional shuttle from where we were left. Several of the passengers vented the frustration of the shuttle fee, plus baggage tip, and yet had to walk and take an additional shuttle to where he could have probably taken us.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. While the hotel is not near the city centre, we knew this when we booked so the location wasn't a problem for us.

When we left towels on the bathroom floor for replacement the old towels were left there but new towels were provided. The shuttle bus was often full with people waiting in line for 20 minutes to ensure a seat on the bus.

Liked swimming pool and some of staff

Our son was I'll when we were there and when we tried to take breakfast up to him to see if he would eat anything as he was too unwell to go down they tried to charge us five euros room service even though we were carrying it up to him!
