Понравилось: Хорошее местоположение, круглосуточная работа рецепции, благоустроенная территория, отличный ресторан, доброжилательный персонал, наличие парковки Не понравилось: плохая звукоизоляция, спишь как на футбольном поле((, не работает открытый бассейн, хотя в информации отеля указано, что работает с мая, в закрытый бассейн детей до 16 не пускают, плохое обслуживание во время завтрака. |

Прекрасные завтраки, удобный бесплатный автобус в центр города несколько раз в день, бесплатный интернет и просмотр фильмов (в случае Family Package) в номере, высококачественная работа персонала, роскошный SPA центр, отличный fitness центр, большая территория возле Рецепции, приятная живая музыка по вечерам Решить вопрос посещения детьми SPA-центра - выделить хотя бы несколько часов в то время, когда центр наименее загружен |

I was very annoyed about one thing: Pool facilities! I had chosen this specific hotel because its web-site said: outdoor and indoor pool. Ny two boys went with me on this vacation because of the possibility to swim. The outdoor pool was closed and the indor pool was not allowed for persons below 16 years. Very very poor information - I had definitely not chosen the hotel had I known this! |

Affordable Luxary in a comfortable modern designed hotel at a quiet location with a free shuttle bus for reliable access to the heart of the city. Friendlyness and courtesy of most members of the staff Insufficient information regarding transportation and accessability of favored points of view at time of check in. Restaurant service, menu selection and gourmet qualitylevel. |

Excellent facilities, loved the spa and pool area, which helped us relax after a long day in the city. The bed in our room was enormous and very comfortable. The bar area offered 'champagne and oysters' at 6:30 -for 8 euros per person...... These were delicious. The shuttle bus runs to the city regularly throughout the day, we found this very helpful and convenient. The cashier/reception staff were very helpful in printing train times and information for our onward travels. The outside swimming pool temperature could have been slightly warmer ! |

Our family of two adults and two children enjoyed the outdoor pool in the very hot days in August. The air conditioning was essential of course and the breakfast and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The coutesy bus into Rome Centre and the public bus stop near the entrance to the hotel were very convenient. At times the courtesy bus was not big enough to take all people. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is alot to do on site without having to go 'off-site'. Loved the piano bar! Having the indoor pool and spa available to guests added to our trip. For those wishing to visit Rome, it is a little outside of town but they do have a shuttle bus that goes back and forth into the city-centre. The room could have used a little work, especially in the bathroom but overall, a great experience! |

close to all city routes and staff friendly at check in they took the 3 digit code off the back off my crdit card never happened before, and this worried me |

Breakfast was abundant, and served in a lovely restaurant (next to the pool area). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful! A convenient shuttle bus service to the city centre!! Enjoyed a lot of time by the pool. |

The staff were always willing to help advising us of local restaurants and the best tours. We were given two room upgrades so we ended up with a luxury suite. As they hold seminars and conventions for private companies, some of their facilities are not available whilst these are taking place. |

Not so far from the city center, Bus line quite easy to use....swiming pool and spa after a walking visits day.. A bit far from city center either if it's easy to have access. Need to communciate more on Bus facilities. |

excellent facilities backed by really helpful and polite staff the hotel is a fair distance from centre of Rome and taxi were very expensive until we found there are plenty of buses that pass right outside the hotel at 1 euro a journey |

Convenient location, easy access to downtown using local bus & metro services, kids-friendly, large swimming pool which is great for cooling off after a hot day in the city. Good value buffet for lunch/dinner with nice ambiance,live piano music, good service. Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast service was rather poor: understaffed, long line to get coffee from a single coffee machine, food ran out on a couple of occasions, very slow (or no) service. Bus service provided by hotel had limited schedule. |

This hotel is very quiet...a pleasant change from the street noise of Rome. It is also very child friendly. Day to day room ammenities need to be the ame as they were upon arrival. |

There was a guy extremely polite and smily (the one with the almost blond hair). His behaviour was impressive, he knows how to socialize with people and make them feel comfortble. Congratulations. The staff ver polite too. the inner pool was closing at 8. It would be nice if we could enjoy it later during the night. |
