As usual, its proximity to ENI. I was working, Breakfast is overpriced when all one wants is a coffee / croissant. The choice of films is pathetic, overpriced and out-of-date. |

Not many of the staff spoke English and the location of ther hotel was not as desirable as I was led to believe on the website, it was too far away from the centre of Milan. |

ambiente confort pulizia sobrietà e cortesia. l'aria condizionata troppo fredda con zone dove i bocchettoni erano potenti. Il prezzo della colazione che era a parte un pò troppo elevato si trova in hotel simili a meno. |

It was cold in the room, although they noted that there is a heating in it. The bus between the metro and the hotel was always full, so several times i have to wait one hour or go by taxi. |

la locazione il personale al ricevimento non è particolarmente cortese, è piuttosto gelido e professionale ma un sorriso di benvenuto è sempre gradito, inoltre il personale esterno( parcheggiatore ecc) sembra non lavori per l'hotel, non da informazioni anche le più banali ed è sciatto. |
