Hotel Cruise  

This is a modern hotel with nice clean and well equiped rooms. Staff is polit and breakfast ia abondant and tasty. Highly recommended if location is not important

The staff is very kind, nice and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

Television remote control system too complicated, not user friendly at all like it should be. I.E. you need to go through menus just to get to tv channels and then you can't just change channel by scrolling with "up and down" (or left and right) buttons just like most remote controls do, instead, every time you wish to change channel and press an arrow button then some menu pops up again which is a very awkward way to use a remote control.

If you are a big family and traveling by car, this hotel is a best one! very spacious and clean and near from the highway exit and easy to find!

bathroom had only bath tub no shower curtain or glass door, therefore the bathroom got flooded.

Nice new hotel for city trip.

I stayed there for a business trip to Lake Como so the location is perfect if you are traveling along the a-9 and need a quiet comfortable and modern hotel for the night. It is also convenient to Como and would make a good base for visiting the Lake Como area for a holiday. The restaurant was very good and if you need food after 10pam there is a limited bar menu until 11pm.

Breakfast included

1- on the hotel description it states that you can easily get to it from grandate breccia station but that is not the case because it is actually dangerous to walk from the station to the hotel and vice versa, very busy roads with no pavements, and no buses or taxis outside the station, so it would be helpful if they offer this service , maybe incuded in the price or at a reasonable price. the other inconvenience was that there are no irons, and you have to send your clothes for ironing before 7 am for them to arrive at 6pm and i found the service a bit expensive

Good Hotel, but in a strange location. Its near major roads and a supermarket is nearby, but options for eating out locally are few which meant another 10 minute drive into Como really. Hotel is very modern, good facilities and breakfast was very good with lots of varied options. Parking is on site and there is plenty of it. It joins onto a sister motel cruise (as apposed to Hotel) - could be a cheaper option if on a tighter budget.

Its not got any eating options within walking distance.
