the wireless connection was not available in our room. And it has to be free of charge. All the hotels in Turkey we can get this service free. |

the first receptionist was excellent unfortunately the one we had on our second trip a few days later was really not nice. also terrible problems to connect to the internet |

Very comfortable hotel with luxuruous rooms and bathrooms. Acceptable breakfast facilities The hotel is ideal for one or 2 nights lodging while on the road to a further destination. The location is not ideal since it's surrounded by commercial facilities. Not in a touristic scenery but if you use the hotel to plan your trip further it's the best solution. |

a good modern hotel, nice decoration, not that friendly staff, room not that clean after house keeping! , very good location if you have a car, not far from Como and other cities like Cantu or Meda. |

Big, clean and easily accesible hotel from the highway. There were very few visitors when we were there You need a car for the hotel. The surroundings are dull and you will want to drive to Como for dinner etc. |

The staff was perfect, there is a lady with name Liza on front desk rescued us by lending her own gps nav system car charger. The hotel is perfect to sleep, and get around of Como area, very calm area, facing Bennet hyper market.. Overall wonderful new hotel The room view is zero, but it is ok if you are there to sleep in very nice room, clean bath, and start your day car cruising... |

Very clean, modern and new. Very good breakfast. Lack of WiFi. Better and more signs that show the way to the hotel from Como city. The double room was actually twin room (two beds side by side). |

This is a very comfortable, clean, nicely taken care of hotel. It is modern, rooms are large and the bathroom/toilet was very clean, spatious. Minibar was nicely stocked and the breakfast was rich. There was ample parking space staff was helpful. It's a bit outside of Como. If you don't have a car, it could be a problem. |

The mini bar was very poor this isn't normal for so kind of hotel. No wireless in the rooms. Cabel TV only 20 channels mostly Italian. |

L'hotel si presenta ottimo sotto ogni aspetto. Volendo essere più dettagliati, l'hotel è elegante sia nell'illuminazione esterna notturna che nell'intera architettura e nel design interni; la camera ampia, luminosa, confortevole, perfettamente insonorizzata; il bagno spazioso e dotato di un'ampia doccia. La colazione è stata servita in una sala ariosa ed è stata ricca di ogni leccornia. Credo proprio che continuerò a servirmi di questa struttura. |

Hôtel avec une super déco, extrêmement propre, hyper tranquille. Accueil un peu ordinaire à la réception et au bar car quelque peu procédurié mais qu'on oublie par la suite tellement la chambre, la tranquillité , le grand parking à proximité et le charme sont supérieurs. Aussi, il est un peu difficile de s'y rendre par l'autoroute car nous devons effectuer plusieurs grands ronds-points et tournages en rond (heureusement qu'il y a les indications et les affiches) et on y arrive sans trop de difficultés, en restant vigileant. Cette hôtel vaut vraiment le détour |
