The staff was perfect, there is a lady with name Liza on front desk rescued us by lending her own gps nav system car charger. The hotel is perfect to sleep, and get around of Como area, very calm area, facing Bennet hyper market.. Overall wonderful new hotel The room view is zero, but it is ok if you are there to sleep in very nice room, clean bath, and start your day car cruising... |

Very clean, modern and new. Very good breakfast. Lack of WiFi. Better and more signs that show the way to the hotel from Como city. The double room was actually twin room (two beds side by side). |

This is a very comfortable, clean, nicely taken care of hotel. It is modern, rooms are large and the bathroom/toilet was very clean, spatious. Minibar was nicely stocked and the breakfast was rich. There was ample parking space staff was helpful. It's a bit outside of Como. If you don't have a car, it could be a problem. |

The Hotel is done out in magnificant Italian design. It is also very conveniently situated, just off the auto route and close to Como. |

The mini bar was very poor this isn't normal for so kind of hotel. No wireless in the rooms. Cabel TV only 20 channels mostly Italian. |

Breakfast Yes, we stayed at the hotel 2x - on the 13th and on the 23rd of August. We got 2x a room where the minibar was making a terrible noise - we had even to turn off the electricity of the minibar - and so as well the TV that was plugged on the same place...(it was too late (after 22h) to ask for a repair or a change - as our son was already sleeping) |

Cleanliness and modern style of the hotel. Comfort of room. Ease of parking. Used for a two night break on way home from Umbria and easy to locate from motorway. Staff seemed as cool as the hotel design! Not a smile or real welcome from the male receptionist at any point. Slight problem when checking out, due to mix up of our room number, but rectified after we explained the error!. |

Hotel Cruise was voor ons een tussenstop op weg naar de Toscane.Het hotel is gelegen op ongeveer 8 km van Como en praktisch tegen de snelweg aan. Verder keurig hotel met met keurige en stille kamers, en voldoende parkeergelegenheid, kortom een aanrader en wat prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding betreft dik in orde. |

Das Hotel ist recht gut für sightseeing touren gelegen. Der Service ist einwandfrei und die Hotelzimmer top. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen und muss als günstig bezeichnet werden. Die Lage im angrenzenden Industriegebiet / überwiegend Einkaufsgeschäfte, hat uns nicht gestört. |
