I had a comfortable room, nice bathroom, and the ladies in the reception desk were very helpful. I stayed just one night, so I do not have to say more. But I think that during summer, it is in privileged situation as it is just in front of the sea and if you have room in high floors there will be a very nice view. |

This hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach front. We had a very nice room with a lounge area and bedroom. We also made use of the excellent outside gardens/terrace/pool area. we understand that we had a very good deal which was obviously due to all the renovation work going on outside which did not bother us. |

The location of the hotel and the swimming pool. Size of room was good, but the facility is outdated. The floor in the room was never cleaned. Still had stains from the predecessor. Effects on Booking.com reserved a room with sea view. On the confirmation of Booking.com this was so obvious. But at check-in at the hotel knew at the reception of nothing. Have the approval, but we got a room without sea view. The wanted to know nothing about it. |

I found the staff very friendly and they went out of their way to please. The evening meal is excellent and the buffet salad and other courses are of the highest quality. I have two issues which I would like to address. Firstly, I thought the wi-fi was very expensive at €13 for 24 hrs or €8 for just one hour. I guess I am used to staying at budget accomodation where this is usually provided for free. I found it very difficult to find any internet cafe's in Pesaro, and had to give in and pay the fees. Also, the staff told me I could plug in my laptop to the network connection downstairs for free but this did not work and although technical help was promised it never materialised. Finally, I was surprised that parking, at €10 per day, was not included in the price of the accomodation as we were paying quite high rates for our rooms. It is very very hard to find parking along the seafront but I was compelled to search until I found a space as I was not prepared to pay out any more money to the Hotel. I dont want to put people off the hotel as I enjoyed my stay there, but I felt I was being squeezed price wise on extras that come as standard in many other establishments. |

There was a touch of class and refinement about the hotel. The ground floor areas were terrific. The bedroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The facilities were modern. The staff on reception were a bit snooty, which was a shame given the good things about the hotel. |

The breakfast room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was helpful. Parking was readily available. The key to our room did not work, nor did the airconditioning. The suite was advertised on this site as having a seaview when, in fact, both windows faced away from the sea and we could only see construction and adjoining buildings. |

L'accoglienza dello staff, la zona relax all'ingresso e la vicinanza al mare. La camera su cui ero aveva la terrazza che dava su altre camere a pochi metri. Avrei preferito una stanza sul mare. La colazione aveva prodotti (uova ecc.) a pagamento, che normalmente in hotel di quel livello hai gratuiti |

Hotellet försökte ge oss ett mindre rum mot baksidan trots att vi bokat minisvit och seafront, efter diskussion med personalen fick vi ett rum mot havet, det var dock ett rum anpassad för rörelsehindrade personer, ny diskussion med personalen och vi detta tillfälle tilldelades vi det rum vi hade på bokningen. Ingen trevlig start på vår semester !! Ingen tillgång till strand som gäst på hotellet !! |
