Nice location. Good lobby and restaurants. Break fast spread was good however if they can include couple of hot snacks in the break fast it would add to appeal E.G. omlette etc. Room size is not what it was mentioned in booking.com I.E. it was no where close to 19 sq.M. It looked like 15 sq.M. Or less. Inside rooms were claustrofobic.

In Italy, much more than abroad, the hotel class means nothing, unless the property is new. In fact whenever they renew it, they never do it all the way and inevitably rooms are left out. However, they do take maximum care to avoid highlighting them on their website or to discount them given their condition; sometimes they do slap a 150-eur flat tv in a room and that qualifies it as renovated. The one we took was a "junior suite" right back from the 70's, dirty as hell (they cleaned it the second day because most probably it had not been sold for months), super- used furniture, dirty wal paper, flat-tv led light, right-in-your-face For the whole night. The plastic chair we had in the bathroom collapsed under the small weight of my son who hit his head on the floor. Last but not least, breakfast was lower-than-average for same level hotels? No hot items, soluble "fresh" orange juice, some jams not included in the price, no cold water! Etc.... All in all, for the room we got, price would have been acceptable if reduced 30% and if minimum 1 star had fallen off the classification grid

Tutto, dalla pulizia , camere a cui non manca niente, ricco buffet a colazione, disponibilita' e accoglienza ottimi Per quanto mi riguarda non e' un hotel alla portata delle mie tasche.... E di questo mi dispiace!!

Posizzione,staff, colazzione Pulizie sia delle camere che delle parti comuni pessime, cuscini,pavimento stanza 322, gestione temperatura in camera,come camera suite non rispechiava le aspettative, posto auto prenotato e "pagato" ma occupato da altre auto,prezzi del ristorante troppo alti, vasca/docci carenti, canali tv insufficenti visto le 4 stelle.

Camera e freschezza dell'ambiente Io sono celiaca e al momento della prenotazione lo avevo fatto presente. Un paio di giorni prima del mio arrivo sono stata contattata dall'hotel dicendo che avrebbero provveduto x colazione adatta ma in realtà ho trovato solo un pacco di pane per celiaci con null'altro. Ho provveduto al resto personalmente.

La tariffa e la posizione, mi hanno dato una suite anche se avevo prenotato una matrimoniale. La doccia ha avuto problemi ma il personale è stato prontissimo a risolverli. Il wi-fi a pagamento (13 Euro!)

Stanze e spazi comuni molto ampi Le stanze hanno un arredo vecchio, I bagni sebbene ampi hanno arredi di circa 20 anni fa.Vasca con anta in vetro vecchia. Il wifi gratuito è presente solo nella Hall, in camera il costo ha un valore spropositato rispetto a strutture di livello inferiore( sulla carta). Lo staff ad eccezione dell Housekeeping non all altezza della struttura. La colazione non prevedeva ne uova o bacon se non a pagamento.Yogurt o marmellate Bio a pagamento Una delusione!!

Camera doppia molto spaziosa, quasi una piccola suite. Colazione molto varia ed abbondante. Posizione ottima sul lungomare di Pesaro. I bagni delle camere meriterebbero una rimodernata.

una bella hall, un vastissimo buffet per la colazione, personale molto disponibile e cortese camere un pò troppo piccole per essere un Hotel 4 stelle, arredamenti vecchi, vista la hall ci si aspetta un pò di più dalle camere!!!!!!
