Mercure Torino Crystal Palace

The hotel cleaniness is the selling point of the hotel. Furnishing are very practical and well maintained. Breakfast is good value for the €10 for adult and kids are free. There is a great italian restaurant 2 minutes away in the street behind the hotel.

The only thing is the slight location. Especially at night, I feel a bit unsafe. I checked with the reception and they so far have no incident with their guest.

In modern style renovated beautifull old building as you can see in the staircase. Clean room enough space to move arround.

I could not get the tv to work and called the reception. I had to wait to the next day and when I arrived in the evenening the tv worked. When I tryed to switch canal I lost connection again. I left the next day so did not bother to call the reception again.

Cleanliness, amount of space, bathroom, location next to the train station and quietness.

Taxi driver was warning that the region right next to the train station is not safe. Hotel staff did not deny or concur.

Excellent location for Torino station

This hotel is slightly further for the main attractions/central areas and tax 15 minutes walking to reach where you want to be. The hotel is also in a rather poor area which isn't too good at night

Clean and very comfortable hotel

Room was clean with good facilities. Location was very good for the train station and shopping and sightseeing. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly.

On the route near the hotel was a 24 hour drinking bar. Drunk men fighting and people loitering on street corners.

Very central. Friendly Reception. Nice rooms, clean and quiet.

Professional , helpful staff. Rooms were clean ,spacious and well serviced.

Tae and coffee in room minibar were not replenished neither was the soap in the bathrooms. Room temperature was very warm and in-room temperature adjustment did not appear to make any difference.

Location to train station and city centre. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel!!

Located in a not so great part of town. Breakfast was not included in the room price.

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camera e bagno molto spaziosi e ben arredati. Colazione abbondante anche se non molto genuina.

Solo dettagli. Alcuni membri del personale non molto gentili. Altri si. Bagno un po' freddo. (Bisogna dire che fuori la temperatura era polare).

J'ai aimé la propreté des chambres, le personnel efficace, le petit déjeuner et le choix des chaînes TV

Le quartier n'est pas très bien fréquenté. Ma voiture a été vandalisée dans le parking sous-terrain à proximité.

lo staff molto cortese

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (dettato però dall'offerta in corso... 70 euro al posto di 280 per una camera a due livelli). Ambiente raffinato e molto confortevole, posizionato nella via laterale della stazione di Porta Nuova. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

La moquette nei corridoi, che dava un'aria un po' "vecchia" all'hotel rispetto al resto dell'arredamento, molto moderno. La zona appena fuori, non ben frequentata negli orari serali.
