Excellent location for Torino station This hotel is slightly further for the main attractions/central areas and tax 15 minutes walking to reach where you want to be. The hotel is also in a rather poor area which isn't too good at night |

The vicinity to the Porta Nuova station makes it a great place to stay! |

The guest rooms were modern and clean, as well as comfortable. The staff was unhelpful in regards to information about the area. |

Room was clean with good facilities. Location was very good for the train station and shopping and sightseeing. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. On the route near the hotel was a 24 hour drinking bar. Drunk men fighting and people loitering on street corners. |

The night reception man was very helpfull, big room. Cold and noisey room, no bar open all the day/evening. Situated in a bad position, not nice at night. |

wide room and high ceiling. Very comfortable bed. The area where the hotel is located is not very nice. Surely not ideal for a women alone or a family with kids. |

Professional , helpful staff. Rooms were clean ,spacious and well serviced. Tae and coffee in room minibar were not replenished neither was the soap in the bathrooms. Room temperature was very warm and in-room temperature adjustment did not appear to make any difference. |

The room was nicely decorated, spacious, modern. Bathroom also clean, confortable. TV had 50+ channels. Mercure Torino is a great hotel, but not in a great area. Very close to the central station, it is nonetheless in San Salvario roughest, seediest neighbourhood in Torino. |
