Mercure Torino Crystal Palace  

Close to city area and train station.

No breakfast!

Room above expectation and above the average Mercure standard that I have seen in other cities. Room had nice wooden floor, was spacious, luxury decoration, very good bed, airco, bathroom up-to-date with a good shower. Location good for visiting the center of Torino.

Breakfast of average quality: - No fresh fruits for example and the scrambled eggs shouldn't be partly green coloured. But it wasn't too bad either.

The room was spacious and quiet with good lighting wich is rare for Torino. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower.

The breakfast is not included which is very uncomfortable. They do give you a free cup of coffee or tea that's very nice in your room. But for the level of the hotel that costs more the continental breakfast that costs 5 Euro is coffee from and automatic machine and a an old breakfast roll all self-service and not worth the 5 Euro! The area in front of the hotel is full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Not comforting for anyone traveling alone on business, You can avoid this by walking on the opposite side of the street right next to the station of Porta Nuova and crossing to the otherside right directly in front of the Hotel, but you need to know exactly where the hotel is to do this.

Cordialiltà, pulizia, le camere sono grandi e ben organizzate.

L' hotel è molto carino, in una posizione ideale. A fianco la stazione a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

La cortesia e la professionalità dello staff, l'ottima posizione, il comfort

Camere spaziose, modernamente arredate, personale gentile, colazione ricca e variata, stazione ferroviaria ad un passo, centro città raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.

Il quartiere non è ben frequentato, ma questo caratterizza tutti gli hotel siti nelle vicinanza delle stazioni ferroviarie e questo non è certo colpa dell'hotel.

Cortesia e qualità della struttura

Het hotel is centraal gelegen, vlakbij het historische centrum. Het interieur is modern en erg proper. De kamers zijn ruim en goed uitgerust. Het hotelpersoneel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is bijzonder uitgebreid en verzorgd. Er is een parking aanwezig. Kortom, een aanrader.

Impossible de regler le chauffage donc, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Le bureau pour travailler trop petit. J'avais réserver trois chambres par booking.com et l'hotel n'avait seulement réserver 2 chambres, un de mes collègues a du trouver un autre hotel.
