Located just outside the Medici Walls, very near the center and Le Ghiaie Beach, Hotel Residence Crystal offers great accommodations and amenities including its own restaurant right on the beach. It was well signposted. Minimal staff tried to do their best. Did not speak much English. Bathroom is very small - showering was difficult. Sound proofing was mentioned in the brochure - this is probably best left out in the future. Could hear the person in the next room snoring

Die Lage ist sehr gut: Man ist schnell am Meer oder in der Altstadt oder beim Busbahnhof oder bei der Fähre. Freundliche MitarbeiterInnen.Wir mussten schon um 7.00h aus dem Hotel wegen der Fähre und erhielten extra ein Frühstück! Toller Balkon mit Sicht auf Meer. Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist I.O. Wie auch schon bei anderen Kommentaren: das Hotel ist wirklich extrem ringhörig (nicht von der Strasse). Das Schnarcheln des Nachbars, tv etc. hört sich an wie im eigenen Zimmer. Also nur für TiefschläferInnen zu empfehlen.

Tutto ciò che mi ha colpito è negativo. Tutto: dalla posizione che non rispecchia quella pubblicizzata ai servizi assolutamente carenti o meglio inesistenti. Non capisco la classificazione delle 4 stelle: per quanto mi riguarda ce n'è sono 3 di troppo.

Molto vicino al Porto, ideale per chi arriva di sera ed ha bisogno di un hotel vicino allo sbarco dei traghetti. Balcone veramente grande con sdraio ed ombrelloni. Sky in camera! Camera molto piccola, camere insonorizzate tra di loro, ma nel corridoio si sente tutto. Manca di ascensore. Doccia a pavimento con porte pieghevoli. In generale è tutto molto datato.

Disponibilita' del personale e pulizia. Avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone - all'arrivo con scuse ci viene data una camera senza balcone e pessima vista - questo senza avvisare prima.

La posizione dell'hotel a 50 metri da una bellissima spiaggia, anche se di ciottoli, ombrelloni e lettini offerti dall'albergo, ampio balcone in cui frescheggiare la sera, gentilezza del personale Box doccia scomodo, asciugamani non tanto puliti anche se hanno immediatamente provveduto a cambiarli

Il personale è decisamente cortese, la colazione decorosa e abbastanza completa, la pulizia ineccepibile, bello veramente il terrazzo vista mare e fantastica la posizione a poche decine di metri dall'arrivo col traghetto e dalla spiaggia delle ghiaie. sostanzialmente l'albergo non è affatto male, tuttavia due cose lo rendono migliorabile: arredo/design delle stanze anni ottanta bianco e rosso con brutto quarzo lucido al muro, accessori di plastica rossa e neon ad accensione lenta che fanno un po' alberghetto di riviera e porte delle stanze non moderne e senza guarnizioni antirumore (la notte bisogna essere fortunati ad avere vicini civili). Meno grave la presenza di una parete pratica per la doccia che secondo noi è funzionale.

Nära centrum i Portoferraio. Ett lugnt hotell meden rimlig standard. Kan tänka mig att bo där igen. Rummet var rymligt, likaså terassen. Badrummet behöver fräschas upp, sprickor i golvplattor vid duschen, toarullshållaren provisorisk.

a pochi metri dalla splendida spiaggia delle ghiaie.Ristorante con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo sulla spiaggia.raggiungibile anche a piedi dal porto di Portoferraio.Personale disponibilissimo!!!!Colazione discreta. Globalmente lo qualificherei come 3 stelle, a causa della mancanza dell'ascensore e delle dimesioni/arredo del bagno.Torneremo sicuramente e molto volentieri, ma solo a condizione di riavere la stanza con terrazzo al primo piano.

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet like ved stranden. Lite rom, men stor terrasse med havutsikt. Ekstremt bra renhold og skifte av håndklær to ganger om dagen, samt fri tilgang på strandhåndklær.
