The staff were helpful and ready to assist us in getting to any points of interest. Location was great, close to train and bus stations. The breakfast was excellent, good choice and variety of breakfast foods. We had difficulty using the telephone, air conditioner, perhaps some information in English or Italian would have helped. The carpets are a bit aged and worn. |

The hotel is very clean and the room was very spacious. Ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Staff were ok and the breakfast was quite varied and delicious. The location is very good for those who intend using the train station, however about 400m away from the city centre (narrow roads with shops) and about 200m from the wide main road with shops. As a hotel, I liked everything about it. I did not like Trapani as a place to go for a holiday, so good that the hotel was excellent at least. Not much to do in this city. |

The serenity of the place. That is one could relax both in one's room as well as during breakfast or dinner. Also the location of the hotel is excellent that is, it is not actually in the centre centre however within walking distance. Another thing we liked was that the room was actually spacious, considering we had an extra bed also! there was nothing we disliked however perhaps a suggestion? What about offering more information on tours that are on so that the tourist would know what is available. I mean we were given a map of the city centre (which was really helpful mind you) however it would have been even more helpful if there were more leaflets available as regards tours that are available (for example we got to know too late that we could have gone on a day tour to the adjacent islands). |

The location was near to main train station but very quiet with a calm and relaxed atmosphere; no noise. The beach was nearby as was the old town. The reception staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. |

Hotel is situated 2 minutes from the railway and bus stations and about 10 minutes walking from the beach. It is clean and safe but on the second day of our stay there was no water in the evening which is impermissible in such a luxury hotel. |

the hotel was very comfortable and had all the requirements for a one night stay over within the room. particularly full internet access. I was particularly pleased that the restaurant was open as we arrived from a long train journey late in the evening. Proximity to rail station was the initial deciding factor but happy that descriptions given of the hotel were accurate. Early Booking essential to ensure best rates which more accurately reflect the best value. Morning Breakfast was well catered for. As we had booked later and paid slightly higher for the room this was compensated for us receiving a suite which was a bonus. All in all our stay although one night was very comfortable and facilities met expectations. The hotel met expectations |

The standard of the bedroom was very high with all services available. It was a comfortable and spacious hotel stay with essential air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. I cannot fault the hotel in any way as it was a comfortable experience and excellent value for money. It was centrally located close to all ammenities. It ticked all my requirements for a one night stay. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast. Clearly this hotel is not even close to the city centre as advertised. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow airline crews, as there is no 24 hour a day room service, nor restaurants within walking distance, open for lunch. Need to have round the clock staffing that can assist non Italian speaking guests. You need to catch a train in the morning? Then this is the place to stay... the train station is just across the street from the hotel. |

Spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant (both the food and the service). Staff at the reception was cold and slightly unfriendly. We were not allowed an early check-in by 1.5 hours. |

The staff were very nice...waiters, cleaning ladies, receptionists, and manager. The downstairs room (breakfast/foyer) was a joy in the evening...of architecture, space, art and comfort.Nice and near the station (another interesting building) and only 10 minutes from oæd streets and from sea. It is probably the outside of the hotel which wa pårobably once very gleamy and fine, but now looks a little tatty.....a real shame as that marvellous breakfast/coffee room deserves a view of trees, plants and well-maintained facades in the daylight hours...it´s a place to "hang out". |
