The staff were very nice...waiters, cleaning ladies, receptionists, and manager. The downstairs room (breakfast/foyer) was a joy in the evening...of architecture, space, art and comfort.Nice and near the station (another interesting building) and only 10 minutes from oæd streets and from sea. It is probably the outside of the hotel which wa pårobably once very gleamy and fine, but now looks a little tatty.....a real shame as that marvellous breakfast/coffee room deserves a view of trees, plants and well-maintained facades in the daylight hours...it´s a place to "hang out". |

The hotel room was clean and quite big. The shower and the bathroom were clean and met our expectations. The airco did not work, as a result thereof, the room temparature was very high. Our room was situated in the front of the hotel. There was a bar located on the other side of the hotel, resulting in a lot of noice (until 4 in the morning). The hotel staff was not helpfull and seemed to ignore our complaints. |

The air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the windows it was so hot. Didn't get a wink of sleep as there was so much noise on the street outside. Since we had the windows open, some sort of mosquitos got in and found ourselves bitten all over in the morning. It was horrible..... |

Excellent help from staff, cleanliness, close to bus & train stations A/C was off and rooms, which have a lot of glass windows, were quite warm during the day on sunny days. |

Quite comfortable with room design, e.g. sunny inside the room for many hours during the day. Though it was a bit more expensive than other hotels in Trapani, the facilitites were quite new. |

The staff hospitality was exceptional.....especially our last receptionist, anna lisa. I was surprised that on my way out I was asked to pay for my stay. I was sure (I never checked before departure) that I had paid you for my stay. I took their word that you had not paid them so I gave them again my credit card to settle. After all, did you charge my credit card??? |

Central position, near to city centre and public transportation, clean Little bit noisy (well isolated from road noise but not from internal noise due to very thin walls between the rooms, also the plexiglass windows creak all the night due to thermal expansion), the blanket of the non-smoking room had a cigarette-burnt hole |
