Hotel Naples is set in Naples's historical centre, along one of the most important roads, Corso Umberto I. It offers rooms with air conditioning and a minibar.
Score from 653 reviews Very good
Are you arriving by train in Naples? Don’t waste your holiday looking for your hotel; San Pietro is just 300 metres from Piazza Garibaldi and the main station.
Score from 415 reviews Superb
This hotel is in the city centre, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. Set in an elegant building from the early 20th century, it offers contemporary-style rooms with satellite TV.
Score from 530 reviews Fabulous
Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, 5 minutes' walk from Naples Central Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace.

Stayed 2 nights. Lovely boutique hotel, very clean, friendly & helpful staff & delicious breakfast. Made staying in Naples easy.
17 April 2015
The WiFi was very bad, it kept disconnecting & I had to log on every time I needed to use the WiFi
I liked the location
12 April 2015
great location at waking distance from every things, 2 minutes ffrom the metro stop to the station. The hotel has just been ranovate and very well decorated. Very good window against the street noise wich is important Napoli. Great shower. Good wifi connection in the room.

The size of the room , the staff , the location and the breakfast .

Breakfast could be more varied
Great location, the kindest staff, comfortbale and stylish rooms

A little dark- a common fault in boutique hotels in inner cities No strong table lamp to work with wifi a bit slow and erratic A little too much black leather upholstery for my taste (even if tasteful and obviously expensive)
Location. Intelligent and friendly staff Comfortable bed. Best shower ever.

My friend and I did not have any bad experience. However, maybe it is worth mentioning that the wifi was of poor quality in the room; there was no bathrobe even though the booking form said that there would be; and the overhead shower was not working. Nonetheless, none of these was of particular importance to me or my friend, and the hand-held shower was powerful and decent.
The bedroom and bathroom were large and very impressive, especially given the low price. The room was very comfortable indeed, and I liked the touch of providing free bedroom slippers.

The WIFI isn't the best, but it works well enough and we were not in Italy to surf the 'Net. Nothing really bad to say about the Culture Hotel Centro Storico.
Staff friendliness and helpfulness, location, comfortable rooms, decent continental breakfast, price. The staff helped us many times with restaurant suggestions and also they allowed me to use their PC to print out a boarding pass. The breakfast was standard but the addition of smoked salmon was a treat.

We stayed just for one night. Nice location, you can go everywhere on foot. Very helpfull staff. Clean and cozy rooms.
11 December 2014
Even though the room was at the side, it was noisy - but that's to be expected in the centre of Naples! The modern design had some practical shortcomings and the room was quite dark. There were some problems with the hot water during our stay.
The design is modern and pleasant and the room was well-equipped, including slippers and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is very well located for the centre of the city and has excellent public transport connections. The free shuttle bus to the Museo Nazionale di Capodimonte is a welcome addition.

15 November 2014
The shower had a little mould and the breakfast was ok.
Staff were very helpful, the location was close to the old part of Naples and Port. The room was modern and well appointed.
12 November 2014
Very clean hotel, friendly staff and good location.
10 November 2014
We stayed in this hotel for four nights from Nov. 2-6, 2014. It was warm in Naples at that time, perhaps unseasonably, but nevertheless, warm. The hotel apparently turned off the air conditioning on Oct. 1511 and could do nothing to provide cooling. This made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Because the widow is oversized and opens into the room, it was not really convenient to keep it open, so we were somewhat uncomfortable. But the bigger problem was the poor Wifi connectivity. We were told the problem affected only Apple products, but that's what we had. We couldn't keep a connection and this created numerous annoying communications problems. Neither of these issues would keep me from recommending the hotel, but others should be aware that these issues exist.
We loved the hotel's location, appearance, comfort, and staff. The breakfast was fine and all the amenities were fine as well. However....

The key pass didn't work so we had both that to activate the electric and an actual key to open the door. The AC didn't work and no attempt was made to do anything about it. Naples is very noisy at night, having to open the window to relieve the heat was annoying. Our room was dark and very small but had a long and pointless corridor!
Modern and well equipped with tea making, slippers, bathrobes, etc. The staff were friendly and the location is excellent for the historic centre.
26 October 2014
Well kitted out rooms and the central location. Everywhere was spotless, breakfast was substantial and good. Everyone there very attentive and courteous.
26 October 2014
Floor was dirty. Bar fridge wasn't stocked. Bathroom bad smell from drainage. Don't know if this is all of the city though..and to be expected. Overall ok.
Good area of naples...great restaurants, close walking distances to the best pizza in town. Great breakfast.
21 October 2014
The room was clean but the design or materials used in the shower where not able to be cleaned properly. There was mould on all the corners.
The hotel was well positioned with in easy walking distance to the old town and the Port. The staff were very helpful with our requests. We would stay there again.
5 October 2014
The bed were horrible, we asked for a queen bed, and got to twins joined by a single base, that at nights separated. The english of the staff is poor.
Location, Cable TV, Bathroom
5 October 2014
Staff tended to talk amongst themselves while serving us at reception on arrival ! The bathroom was a wet room and was a bit of a nightmare. Having had a shower first in the morning , my partner then had to negotiate puddles of water to get to the toilet ! Obviously the slope of the floor for the water to drain away was not correctly installed. WiFi was a problem as well - difficult to connect even though a code was issued on arrival !
Location was good but over-priced and not good value for money
30 September 2014
The room was quite small, so if I had have been travelling with someone else it may be a bit of a squeeze to fit two sets of belongings in the double room. The smoke alarm was located right above the bed so it flashed its lights all night which was a bit of a distraction...better to move the device to closer to the doorway away from the bed.
Very friendly and accommodating staff (particularly the lovely Francesca!), the most comfortable bed and bedding I've ever slept in, a large rainwater-head shower, very slick and stylish modern decor and art in rooms and public areas, superb location in the middle of the historic centre (as the hotel name suggests!) within walking distance to most sights, the room faced away from the street so it was very quiet for sleeping.
30 September 2014
Technical issue. Hand held shower at bathtub was broken since arrival and was only repaired on last night. Few good restaurants in the vicinity.
The deco of the hotel and the art collection. Room is quite well appointed also provide a small fridge for mini bar. Convenience to walk to the port to catch the hydrofoil to Capri.
26 September 2014
Location not the best can get noisy but close enough to the port to take a boat to Capri or Amal fi
