In the lively Chiaia neighborhood, Hotel Majestic is in the most exclusive shopping district in Naples. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.

This hotel is in the center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. In an elegant building from the early 20th century it offers contemporary rooms with satellite TV.
Score from 494 reviews Excellent
In a 16th-century building, Hotel Piazza Bellini is in Naples’ historic center, 330 yards from Museo Metro Station. The uniquely decorated rooms combine modern design and artistic elements.
Score from 855 reviews Wonderful
Start your Neapolitan days on the panoramic Café Turchini, overlooking the central and typical Via Medina. While sipping the original espresso, figure out the best way to enjoy the city.

We stayed just for one night. Nice location, you can go everywhere on foot. Very helpfull staff. Clean and cozy rooms.
The design is modern and pleasant and the room was well-equipped, including slippers and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is very well located for the centre of the city and has excellent public transport connections. The free shuttle bus to the Museo Nazionale di Capodimonte is a welcome addition.
Even though the room was at the side, it was noisy - but that's to be expected in the centre of Naples! The modern design had some practical shortcomings and the room was quite dark. There were some problems with the hot water during our stay.
modern decor, rain showerhead, breakfast, helpful staff
very slippery shower floor,
Air conditioning did not work.
Style of the room, shower was great and price was
Elevator was too small
Staff were very helpful, the location was close to the old part of Naples and Port. The room was modern and well appointed.
The shower had a little mould and the breakfast was ok.
Very clean hotel, friendly staff and good location.
We loved the hotel's location, appearance, comfort, and staff. The breakfast was fine and all the amenities were fine as well. However....
We stayed in this hotel for four nights from Nov. 2-6, 2014. It was warm in Naples at that time, perhaps unseasonably, but nevertheless, warm. The hotel apparently turned off the air conditioning on Oct. 1511 and could do nothing to provide cooling. This made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Because the widow is oversized and opens into the room, it was not really convenient to keep it open, so we were somewhat uncomfortable. But the bigger problem was the poor Wifi connectivity. We were told the problem affected only Apple products, but that's what we had. We couldn't keep a connection and this created numerous annoying communications problems. Neither of these issues would keep me from recommending the hotel, but others should be aware that these issues exist.
Modern and well equipped with tea making, slippers, bathrobes, etc. The staff were friendly and the location is excellent for the historic centre.
The key pass didn't work so we had both that to activate the electric and an actual key to open the door. The AC didn't work and no attempt was made to do anything about it. Naples is very noisy at night, having to open the window to relieve the heat was annoying. Our room was dark and very small but had a long and pointless corridor!
Well kitted out rooms and the central location. Everywhere was spotless, breakfast was substantial and good. Everyone there very attentive and courteous.
Good area of naples...great restaurants, close walking distances to the best pizza in town. Great breakfast.
Floor was dirty. Bar fridge wasn't stocked. Bathroom bad smell from drainage. Don't know if this is all of the city though..and to be expected. Overall ok.
The hotel was well positioned with in easy walking distance to the old town and the Port. The staff were very helpful with our requests. We would stay there again.
The room was clean but the design or materials used in the shower where not able to be cleaned properly. There was mould on all the corners.
Location, Cable TV, Bathroom
The bed were horrible, we asked for a queen bed, and got to twins joined by a single base, that at nights separated. The english of the staff is poor.
Location was good but over-priced and not good value for money
Staff tended to talk amongst themselves while serving us at reception on arrival ! The bathroom was a wet room and was a bit of a nightmare. Having had a shower first in the morning , my partner then had to negotiate puddles of water to get to the toilet ! Obviously the slope of the floor for the water to drain away was not correctly installed. WiFi was a problem as well - difficult to connect even though a code was issued on arrival !
Very friendly and accommodating staff (particularly the lovely Francesca!), the most comfortable bed and bedding I've ever slept in, a large rainwater-head shower, very slick and stylish modern decor and art in rooms and public areas, superb location in the middle of the historic centre (as the hotel name suggests!) within walking distance to most sights, the room faced away from the street so it was very quiet for sleeping.
The room was quite small, so if I had have been travelling with someone else it may be a bit of a squeeze to fit two sets of belongings in the double room. The smoke alarm was located right above the bed so it flashed its lights all night which was a bit of a distraction...better to move the device to closer to the doorway away from the bed.
The deco of the hotel and the art collection. Room is quite well appointed also provide a small fridge for mini bar. Convenience to walk to the port to catch the hydrofoil to Capri.
Technical issue. Hand held shower at bathtub was broken since arrival and was only repaired on last night. Few good restaurants in the vicinity.
Friendly staff and value for money
Location not the best can get noisy but close enough to the port to take a boat to Capri or Amal fi
Location was reasonable, close to Piazza Municipio. Beds were nice and comfy with adequate air conditioning. Good bathroom.
Breakfast was fair at best and the only real area for improvement.
Comfortable room close to the ferries to the islands.
Poor breakfast, spoiled fruit and low quality food was served
Walking distance to the port, comfy beds to get a good nights sleep
the hotel was great Thank you Francesca and colleagues
No bell boy that s not good for a 4 stars hotel
-nice, modern rooms -very clean -OK breakfast -good location
-coffee machine at breakfast doesn't work that well and didn't seem very clean -milk at breakfast was sour
The breakfast should be better
The location was perfectly in the middle of all things to do/see. Reception was really helpfull.
Breakfast was poor plus the staff took a long time preparing and had a bad morning attitude.
Early check in
The first day of our stay aircon didn’t work (in middle of summer), we couldn’t sleep the whole night (I guess this was our bad luck). Small breakfast area with very limited variety and only one person working there. Very slow wifi
