Staff was very helpful

Several small technical problems, but nothing major and quickly resolved...

The free car park in the basement, quiet room.

The staff were not friendly, not at check-in and not at breakfast the next morning. They were not rude or anything like that but I did not feel welcome.

The rooms were clean and location is not too bad. It is as described on their website.

The service is simply awful. You cannot request them for a glass of milk (for a toddler) even if the milk served during breakfast time has finished. The staff is definitely one of the worst i have experienced in my trips to Europe.

The hotel was good and the staff were excellent. Breakfast is continental cold buffet style but with plenty of variety. The hotel is in a residential area but very close to the town centre - only a 5 minute walk.

There is a club nearby and on the Saturday night it sounded like they were partying in the street outside our room - all night.

- location close to train station - we thought that Emanuella who worked at the reception was very helpful and we thiink she is a real asset to the hotel as she speaks English very well and has the right personality to work with the public.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel right by the city centre, but still very quiet. Good parking and very helpful staff.

A nice stopover near A9 motorway. Very convenient to get to from motorway, has private parking and is inexpensive. Otherwise, it is a very unassuming, but comfortable hotel.

Good base for going to Monza (gp) or Milan. Great restaurant (La Perla) nearby

Lo staff e' veramante cortese ( Lara) . Ottima il breakfast e il parcheggio.

Non funzionava internet

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort sobre mais suffisant de la chambre.

L'hôtel est situé à 50m d'une discothèque /karaoké et la plupart des chambres sont en bordure de la rue qui y mène, d'où beaucoup de bruit de 23h à 3h du mat!!! A conseiller : boules Quies le vendredi soir!

La cordialità e disponibilità dello staff. Colazione molto buona, pulizia in generale, collegamento internet di buona qualità e la praticità e la sicurezza del parcheggio incluso nella tariffa.

kostenloses Parken in abgeschlossener hoteleigener Tiefgarage, zentrale Lage in der Stadt, trotzdem leicht zu erreichen.

Große Zimmer, schönes Bad.

Das Frühstück war auch für italienischen Standard enttäuschend. Nur abgepacktes Zeug, auf Nachfrage gab es noch etwas Brot. Als Begründung für fehlende frische Brioches wurde eine größere Reisegruppe genannt...die bestimmt angemeldet war.
