The receptionists are very friendly and they can provide you good information. The hotel is clean and the location is satisfactory (about 10-15 minutes walking from the Dome). The buffet breakfast is good (butter, cheese, honey, milk, coffee, tea, juice and cereals), even without any meat, but this is happening allover Italy in budget hotels. I have used the 4 person room and is was ok, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

In the winter they are using for heating the air conditioner, but this is controlled automatically, so in the night it will be switched off and the room will became cold. Some rooms are facing the street and in the morning you will hear some street noise.

I don't know why every review said the location is very good. Actually here is a bit far away to the Train Station, but hotel is near to the Bar & Club street, if you want to find the night life there, it's a good choice. And Florence is a small city, so no matter where you go, it's enough by walk. My room is not face to street, so very quiet and nice, but I feel like even face to street, should not be too noisy, because I didn't see too much car on that street.

The hotel is on the 4th Floor, so if you have big luggage, is not very convenience

room is big and clean. Location is good and quiet at night. Coffee is delicious for moning fresh.

Decent location.

Bed had bed bugs, air con leaked and the room just looked dirty. My girlfriend has 100s of bed bug bites.

The hotel is run by an Italian couple, they are very kind and helpful, you feel comfortable with the service, breakfast was good and the room had decent size, location is about 15 minutes walk to the cathedral, which is not too bad, since the whole town is quite nice to walk around. It is about 10 minutes by bus from the smn train staion, so it is relatively convenient, downstairs to the hotel there is a old family run Pizzaria which was really good.

There is no lift, so it will be a bit of problem if you have heavy luggage or leg problems...I Had a bit of moskito / bug problems in my room, but I think it is a special case to me,since other people are fine and the hotel seems very clean.

It was a good location, and staff were helpful. The rooms were big and clean. Great, comfortable and convenient, especially if your on a budget.

The hotel is located in an old building - it is really spooky. All the furniture is old, they have net beds, the window shields are hard to open - it is always dark in the room. The showering experience - awful - only floor and a curtain.

The hotel is near the centre of the city which is very convenient for travellers. The staff is very helpful. Decoration of the hotel is nice.

Cheep. Nice staff of the hotel. Big room and big bathroom. Location was good. Araund 15 min to city centre.Room very clean. Mini bar in the room (you have to pay for it)

The hotel is on the 2 nd floor and now lift!!! So people with big bags will have a big problem. Breakafst is advertised but was close to none. If you only like only fruits for your breakaft so you are on the right track.Same of the room face the mainb street and it is very nice around 5am!!! Room doesn't have any city maps and information about the city

I feel disappointed about this hotel. Its rating is absolutely not adequate to standard. The bed was very uncomfortable (floppy!)
