Small room,no double bed althouht I asked for it,poor breakfast

This is nice, clean hotel on the very good location. There are many restaurants and places around but you can also walk to the city center if you like so. The metro station is also not far away. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom renovated recently. We had our room cleaned every day. The breakfast was ok, but it is not a continental one, which you should not expect in Italy.

The sound isolation was weak, so we could hear clearly noise from the pluming and the other quests. We were lucky since they were quiet so we had no problems. Also, it seems like the heating was controlled centrally so the rooms got chilly during night, but during day it was warm enough.

Room very small 2m large! Single bed 90cm. Ratio quality/price the lowest I have ever seen..

NO HOT WATER in the mornings. They didn't have a solution, they said too many people wanted showers at the same time. DUSTY AND DIRTY TOO MANY LIGHT SWITCHES very annoying

Staff really friendly and helpful, perfect location especially for bocconi students, and 15 min by foot to duomo. Many bars, cafes and restaurants next to the hotel. I stayed for 5 days and it felt just like home.

Super spot. Booked at the last minute with the Italian gp weekend in place so paid top $$. With that said, staff excellent. Room fantastic. Would stay there again but book in advance to get value for money.

For a 4 star the breakfast was a bit too basic. It did the job but you'd expect a bit more from a 4 star.

Welcome and professional staff at the reception and cleaning service very good. Really unique style for interior design of the hotel and rooms. The price for the single room is really interesting for the kind of the hotel, its position and the service offered.

L'hotel d'Este gode di un ottima posizione a Milano, in zona Bligny Porta Romana, ideale per chi deve raggiungere l'Università Bocconi. Le camere sono accoglienti e molto confortevoli. Il personale dell'hotel è molte gentile. La metropolitana è a pochi passi dall'albergo.

La struttura e' ben curata ed arredata. Molto bello il bagno. La sala colazione ben curata e personale molto efficiente.

Durante il soggiorno non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Pur essendo in aprile dentro le stanze faceva molto caldo.
