It is fairly close to the termini station. Good breakfast

-Very cold rooms without heating during our stay ( Aprile 4-7) -in a triple room, third bed was a portable one, very old, bended and uncomfortable. -no carpet or parket on the floor, cold and not good at all. -no wifi inside the room in the 4th floor, and actually no modem in this floor at all! -rude staff, not helpful at all. -too expensive for this service, it is not worth its price.

this hotel is situated at very good place- near Roma Termini. Room was clean. Staff was attentively. This is good 3*

The Wi-Fi is only at holl, not in the each room. And it was slightly cold.

It was extremely priceworthy right in downtown, decent breakfast served in a picturesque courtyard. Very convenient, close to Stazione Termini and bars and restaurants.

Breakfast could be better - cheese only in foil, bad coffee. In case you take the economy room be prepared for narrower bed.

Hotel d'Este is located in a quieter, less-congested area of Rome. It is within a short walking distance of Roma Termini, and is just steps away from Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. It has working AC and wifi available in the lobby, plus 24 hour reception.

The rooms are definitely dated and are a bit worn. Definitely a place to stay if you only need a bed to sleep in and plan on spending no time in the room.

Good location ( it is near train station and metro station),cleanliness of the room.

Poor breakfast, very dirty streets around.

the lift was erratic

The hotel does not compare to rooms in U.S.A. We liked the size of the Quad room. There is a store right across the street for water and snacks. The Hotel arranged for a car on the morning of checkout to take the family to the airport. The price was 50 euros and was well worth it. The car arrived on schedule and was a clean Mercedes. The cost of the train from Termini to airport is 14 euros/person..so for a family of 4, the car is a better choice early in the morning. It was quick and safer than walking to Termini.

We did not like the fact that ants were in the room. The hotel did change our room on the second night. You can hear traffic from your room, but i think that is anywhere in the city..Wi-fi is not in the room but in the lobby and in the stairwell.. I would recommend this place for cleanliness but not to expect much by U.S.A. Standards.

A szálloda személyzete - a környékbeli utcákhoz,boltokhoz hasonlóan - udvarias kínai emberekből állt.A Szálloda közel van a reptéri busz állomásához és a metróállomásokhoz,így jó kiindulópont a városnézésre.A Reggeli jó és bőséges.

A szoba meglehetősen lelakott .Régi berendezés,sok kisebb nagyobb hibával.A Minibár nem hűtött,fűtés nem volt,pedig éjszaka még elkelt volna.Nem tudom nyáron milyen lesz a légkondijuk,most az sem volt bekapcsolva.

Sobere inrichting, maar net en correct. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de stad.

Ärgerlich, dass man nur bis 9.30 frühstücken kann. Auch am Ostersonntag wurde man um 9Uhr 31 erbarmungslos aus dem Raum geschmissen, obwohl wegen der Zeitumstellung (Sommerzeit) die Nacht kurz war

I liked the location of the hotel, very close to metro and center of the city and a railway station.

I didn't like that in our room there was no radiator, it was terribly cold first night. Breakfast time finishing 9-30 ( very early as for me)

no anuncio dizia que tinha wifi gratis no saguao mas pegava nos quartos tbm, quarto confortavel e limpo, cafe da manha bom, otima localizacao, recomendo o hotel

os funcionarios nao eram muito atenciosos, mas nao tive problemas, o cafe da manha eh para fora em um lugar bem bonitinho mas meio frio, fui em dezembro, dica: se agasalhe bem p ir tomar cafe.

Byliśmy w grudniu i temperatura w restauracji była prawie taka sama jak na zewnątrz.

Удобное месторасположение: в непосредственной близости метро, ж/д вокзал; шаговая доступность достопримечательностей приветливый персонал, внимательное отношение к гостям. Соотношение цена/качество на "отлично".

Уборка номера не очень тщательная, однообразное меню на завтрак.

Quartier assez central, à proximité du métro (5 min à pied), de la gare centrale de Termini (10 min) et à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du Colisée.

Pas de restaurants proches de l'hôtel à part un dans la rue mais "attrape touriste"

E' vicino al metrò

Le prese della corrente non sono a norma. E l'insieme dell'arredamento compresi gli infissi e accessori del bagno sono alquanto scadenti o malandati. La colazione è pessima, svuotavano addirittura il cartone dove c'erano le brioches davandi a noi..... almeno potevano scaldarle. Pessimo

la posizione vicino alla stazione termini e abbastanza alla parte di roma che ci interessava, anche se poi ci siamo spinti, nelle visita, fino ai musei vaticani e dintorni.
