Nothing at all. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn't sleep at all, no AC, mosquitoes, terrible assistance, internet barely worked. |

The hotel is close to Termini station and close enough to major attractions, it`s easy to find. The interior of the hotel is nice. There is quite a choice for breakfast in comparison with other hotels, but everyday you eat the same. The room facing the backyard and the bathroom were small and dark, the furniture was old and looked worn, the blanket on the bed seemed dirty. |

Majority of staff were very friendly Staff servicing room left door open on 2 occasions during our 11 days stay - should not be something that one has be concerned about. |

The hotel is conveniently located close to Roma Termini, the subway and Colosseum. I liked our double room. It was of a reasonable size and had a quiet and efficient air-conditioner. We have not spotted any bugs or flies and could keep the widow open most of the time without problems. The breakfast was modest but sufficient. It was served on a lovely patio that made the breakfast relaxing. Hot water pressure was poor on the 4th floor (above ground) and we did not have hot water half of the time. |

Location of hotel was great. Air conditioning unit dripped water all night. The hot water in the bathroom was hit and miss - more miss. Some of the reception staff were not customer friendly so we had to wait until a decent member of staff was on duty. There was no mini bar in the room and no terrace. The airport shuttle service was 45 Euros - day light robbery, we got a return service at the airport for 28 Euros!! |

The price was economical for Rome. The room was minicule but serviceable. Some of the staff were recently arrived to Rome and not knowledgeable. |

The location in a lovely surroundings. The entrance hall and reception to the hotel is arranged in a quite interesting and creative way. The staff at the reception were probably students, they seemed to be a bit confused, but nice and they managed at the end. The room was really tiny (well, for the price in Rome probably adequate), The bed could have been better. |

Location of the Hotel. Near subway and main terminal. Walk distance from major attractions. Hotel interiors very fairly nice, especially the breakfast room. There was no shirt ironing facility available. During the nights the birds (seagulls) were really noisy! |

Very convenient for rail station Termini and for sight seeing buses..for a few nights it was a fair hotel.... The hotel is very "dated" and could benefit from slightly better "Housekeeping" - my shower head looked as though it had never seen discaler !!!! |

Personnel agréable, très bonne situation de l'hotel par rapport à la gare et au centre de Rome,le buffet du matin est satisfaisant et la chambre offre tout le confort nécessaire.. Le prix est assez elevé mais tous les hotels bien situés restent chers à Rome de toute façon. |
