Rust in het hotel in hectische zomermaand. Had een kamer aan de achterzijde. Airco mogelijk (het was zeer warm dit weekend). Ligging van hotel is prima ten opzichte van een aantal locaties in de stad (als je een stukje wil lopen) en ten opzichte van Termini. Hotel lijkt me 'overgenomen' door Chinees personeel, een verrassende ervaring. Een beetje afstandelijke benadering. Dat klopte niet met mijn herinnering, want ik was al een keer eerder gast geweest, toen in het kader van internationaal congres. |

Het is er schoon (zowel kamer als hotel zelf), mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geen last gehad van anderen (november). Verder is het vrij dicht bij het metrostation en Termini, dus dat is wel makkelijk. Ontbijt was dus matig wat betreft keuze en versheid, maar goed genoeg om op gang te komen (zit toch bij de prijs in).Verder leken de meubels (incl koelkastje) in onze kamer uit de kringloop te komen, maar het bed sliep wel goed en alles werd goed schoongemaakt. |

Very friendly staff and convenient location. Good breakfast room and facilities. Some rooms good, others a bit cramped (we stayed on three separate occasions). |

When I made the reservation a month or two before the stay, I added that we wanted a room with a nice view, preferably in front on the street side. And we did get a very nice room! Even with a balcony with a nice view towards a large church nearby. I really appreciated that. Very helpful and polite staff. Pleasant and convenient neighborhood close to train station and with a small inexpensive sidewalk cafe across the street. Most major points of interest within walking distance. Thin walls. There was one night during the week we had some rowdy neighbors who made a fair bit of noise until early in the morning. Good thing for earplugs. No problem the other 6 nights. |

A safe in the room, clean, has all basic facilities, near to Roma Termini, air-conditioned, receptionists helpful. Light too dim, fridge not on, lift too small, there are some steps from lobby to lift, coffee not flavoured. |

Very comfortable, very clean, very helpful staff. Perfectly situated for a Rome trip and 500 yards from the nearest tube station Vittorio Emmanuelle. The most wonderful Ice Cream parlour immediately opposite. The lift is a little old fashioned and the door has to be manually opened and closed. This causes problems when people forget to shut the door as the lift will then not move! Breakfast was of the continental variety however I neither like cake or childrens cereals for breakfast, let alone tinned fruit salad so this part of the morning was easily avoided! |

Pleasant people in reception and excellent advice about best place to eat. Breakfast was OK. No advice about how to switch on the airconditioning and we had to make a fuss. In my room no soap or towels - had to ask. |

Nothing at all. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn't sleep at all, no AC, mosquitoes, terrible assistance, internet barely worked. |

The hotel is close to Termini station and close enough to major attractions, it`s easy to find. The interior of the hotel is nice. There is quite a choice for breakfast in comparison with other hotels, but everyday you eat the same. The room facing the backyard and the bathroom were small and dark, the furniture was old and looked worn, the blanket on the bed seemed dirty. |

Majority of staff were very friendly Staff servicing room left door open on 2 occasions during our 11 days stay - should not be something that one has be concerned about. |

Grande chambre agréable, assez jolie dans le style un peu vieillot. Pas loin du centre ville et proche de la gare. Double vitrage pas suffisant, un peu bruyant |

Hotel w doskonałym miejscu, dobry dojazd z lotniska. Lokalizacja ułatwia zwiedzanie. Bardzo miła obsługa oraz obfite śniadania. Kawa z automatu, tego we Włoszech nie lubię. Wszędzie mogę to znieść, ale nie tu gdzie kawa powinna być wyśmienita. |

Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал отеля, готовый помочь, либо сориентировать в любом поставленном вопросе,неплохие завтраки. Возможность оставить вещи в камере хранения отеля после check-out до вечера. Отель довольно "поюзанный", лифт маленький. |
