es liegt sehr zentral-man ist mitten in der einkaufsmeile mein einzelzimmer-ausser der fernseher der wurde erneuert sonst ist alles antik....geblieben.zu diesen preisen....? |

Location is best.it was the reason that we'd selected this hotel. concierge was gentle,kind, so very nice!! Floor was wet because the drain of air conditioner was wrong and water overflowed out of it.The room was tiny and it was not easy to open two suitcases. A wireless internet not included. |

bed was comfortable. room was spotless. general air of luxury No morning newspaper, no wireless internet ...should be included and not a 30 euro fee. 28 euros for breakfast cornflakes and fruit is insane. I prefer the Condotti around the corner. |

Perfect location, excellent service. Cafe Romano is one of the best places in Rome to eat. Mr. Di Luca, the Manager of Cafe Romano is quite a character. |

Lokalization was super,in the centr of Roma.Staff were friendly.Food was ok in Roma cafe. Standart duoble room was rather small,dirty walls,Tv- no sport chanel.Old furnitures. |

Much friendlier staff under new ownership. Beautiful room, charmingly furnished, and very good restaurant. Given that the central heating had broken down and the hot water also failed before my husband was ready to take his shower, I think they might, even though such things do happen, have offered some small reimbursement or even an apology instead of the cheerful comment that we had been rather unlucky! |

I was surprised to meet in 5 stars hotel such a bad treatment from one of the reception employers , also it was not a comfortable stay at all because we did not have Air condition in the rooms so we were obliged to open the window also we were not able to sleep because of the big noise . |

расположен в 100-150 м от Испанской лестници и сответственно всех магазинов, но при этом в тихом переулке. поэтому зайдя в отель отдыхаешь от шума туристов заказывала номер для не курящих, но оказался номер прокурен. не было лосьена для тела. хотелось бы увидеть российские каналыTV. |

Posizione stupenda. Centralissima nel cuore della città. Hall,bar e ristorante molto carini. Ricevimento piacevole. Camere e relativi bagni datati. Non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. WIFI neanche a parlarne solamente via cavo e a carissimo prezzo. Non logico anche qui per un 5 stelle.La mia camera ad esempio, anche se in offerta era piccolissima e dava su una specie di cavedio interno con sterco di piccioni dappertutto. No good. |

esta muy centrico Esta viejo. Cuartos de baño viejos y con mal funcionamiento. Aire acondicionado que no funciona bien. Precio de lujo con instalaciones mediocres. Necesitan las habitaciones una buena reforma. Solo reformado lo que se ve, los salones. |
