Set at the top of the Spanish Steps, Hassler Roma is one of the city's most famous hotels. It offers elegant rooms and suites, a luxurious spa free of charge, and a panoramic restaurant.

The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

Just 325 ft from Piazza Navona square, the 4-star Palazzo Navona Hotel is in the heart of Rome. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a terrace, and air-conditioned rooms with modern décor.

This spectacular converted chapel is now home to the Hotel Art by the Spanish Steps. A daringly modern which takes its name from its artistic décor and its fantastic location.

Location and ambiencr
Don't have mirors for make up and the internet shoud be free.
Superb location right in midst of shopping district and within walking distance of spanish steps. Elegant, cosy and charming hotel, with very friendly staff, wonderful food, great accommodation
I like the location of the hotel (couldn't be better), staff friendliness and readiness to help, cleanliness and decor.
I am terribly disappointed because I believe that the manager of the Hotel ought to have told us that the Deluxe double room, looking the street, had a major issue. We could not get a nice sleep in Rome. Every morning, at 6:30 a terrible noise came from the shops because of renovation and construction works. It was a real nightmare. The devil is in the details, even though this was not a detail. I asked for a room change, the staff indicated another room, but it was not a deluxe room. The hotel ought to have provided the same room with the same cost. So, I left with good memories from Rome, yet very tired and sleepless. Further the Deluxe room at the second floor needs urgently renovation. The sofa is dirty and the walls need painting. We asked for a kettle to make some tea, but the hotel's policy, we were told, is not to provide kettles. That's a pity.
Friendly staff and very clean and very good location
Bathrooms old, room style and TV old and dark rooms
I like the feel of this hotel - it is not luxurious, but very comfortable and pleasant. I especially love that the restaurant is open all day - that is a nice thing for people arriving at odd hours. Also love love the location. It is quiet. The staff are helpful especially for reservations and restaurant suggestions.
Room is small, shower sprays around the bathroom and bed is hard.
Only the location.
Very small room and bathroom,I couldn't stand the smell and A/C wasn't working had to change the room, couldn't sleep due to loud noise all night till early morning and very pricey.
Dirty carpet Sockets not working Window overlooking laundry room
the hotel is really lovely. the rooms are very small - the classic double is tiny.
There are renovations going on on one side of the hotel. it starts at 7 am. however you have already been woken up by the sound of smashing bottles as the garbage truck comes at 6 30am. again this is probably only one side of the hotel. the restaurant is on that same side so you sit through breakfast with the workman working on the building 5 yards away. not relaxing. The buffet breakfast is not worth getting out of bed for but the other food looks ok.
Everything. The staff is top of the world. The decoration is perfect for Roma. The location... the best.
Location is excellent, close to most spots. Hotel is small, but with cosy living rooms. Rooms are reasonable for a 5 star hotel, try to book a renovated room.
Location of this hotel is key Close to central Rome, and all main attractions You're paying for the location, ans as such might seem expensive
Small rooms due to old/ central hotel
love the location the room was large and very comfortable breakfast was great bathroom was very nice
Excellent location and lovely breakfast. The standard room is a little small, so I recommend a deluxe room. It's a historical building and Rome is been constantly renovated, so there was a little noise and the windows couldn't block it. But I recommend and I really like the hotel.
noise at night
The hotel is in fabulous location just minutes away from the Spanish steps. It feels like a boutique hotel in the middle of Rome . Massimo deservedly has a fan club (after reading past reviews ) . All staff were absolutely delightful . Agree , rooms on the lower floors need a bit of a refurb . But all in all , we would most definitely stay at Hotel D'Inghilterra again when we are next in Rome .
Room facilities are very bad , cleaning poor , concierge is standard
Service was excellent and staff courteous and helpful.
It needs to be renovated, the rooms are old, bathroom tiling look dirty due to age and spaces are small.
location , room size as I was upgraded to higher class room, the history of the building .
Friendly and helpful staff who appear generally concerned for your happiness welcome you into this charming 16th Century Hotel located near the base of the Spanish Steps in the heart of Old Rome. Beautiful boutique rooms do not suffer any loss of luxury from the restraints of such an old building. The breakfast is one of the best I've come across in my travels in a relaxed restaurant that spills out onto the street, and serves as a cool retreat in the hot Summer's afternoon after a busy day sightseeing and shopping. Very hard to fault!
Can't really think of a fault!
Charming hotel in a great location. Good breakfast and beautiful rooms, in a romantic old-fashion atmosphere.
It was simply impossible to sleep after 8am due to some building renovation just in front of my window. The hotel staff could have informed the guests. Wi-fi is not free as mentioned in Booking.com. When doing the check-out and paying the bill, many extra expenses were charged, including a lunch that was not mine. The staff should be more careful.
The hotel was five star and lovely with it. We were upgraded free of charge to a balcony room on our arrival. The staff were excellent and all spoke excellent English, which didn't help as I was trying to brush up my Italian!!! It is only a two-minute walk from the Spanish Steps so you are very much in the heart of the city. The hotel was built in the mid-sixteenth century so has bags of atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
What's there not to like?
The location and the nice lobby
The concierge is not friendly at all, the rooms need renovation.
I can honestly say that the Hotel Inghliterra is still a true gem. From Massimo the best Concirge in Rome to the lovely staff. The Bond Bar is a classic and the Breakfast is great. Also dinner if you decide to stay in. Location is the best in Rome.
You must request the 4th floor rooms the other floors are old and a bit shabby and AC is not the best there. Make a note to ask for the 4th floor my room was a gem and the bathroom and closets excellent.
