Perfect location, excellent service. Cafe Romano is one of the best places in Rome to eat. Mr. Di Luca, the Manager of Cafe Romano is quite a character. |

Lokalization was super,in the centr of Roma.Staff were friendly.Food was ok in Roma cafe. Standart duoble room was rather small,dirty walls,Tv- no sport chanel.Old furnitures. |

Much friendlier staff under new ownership. Beautiful room, charmingly furnished, and very good restaurant. Given that the central heating had broken down and the hot water also failed before my husband was ready to take his shower, I think they might, even though such things do happen, have offered some small reimbursement or even an apology instead of the cheerful comment that we had been rather unlucky! |

I was surprised to meet in 5 stars hotel such a bad treatment from one of the reception employers , also it was not a comfortable stay at all because we did not have Air condition in the rooms so we were obliged to open the window also we were not able to sleep because of the big noise . |

Location was excellent. On a quiet road so not noisy. Staff were not very friendly. Restaurant suggestions were not great and no irons to borrow which surprised us for a 5 star. |

esta muy centrico Esta viejo. Cuartos de baño viejos y con mal funcionamiento. Aire acondicionado que no funciona bien. Precio de lujo con instalaciones mediocres. Necesitan las habitaciones una buena reforma. Solo reformado lo que se ve, los salones. |

hôtel idéalement situé en plein coeur de rome .chambres très spacieuses et calmes pour un plein centre ville .nous avons beaucoup aimé le style ancien modernisé, la déco du couloir du 4°étage .navette pour l'aéroport en limousine pour le même prix qu'un taxi . un seul bémol : une facturation de minibar de la chambre pour une boisson non consommée . une erreur de la femme de chambre sans doute |

posizione al centro della città Camera assolutamente piccolissima e piena di polvere, non conforme ad un hotel di questa categoria, per non parlare del bagno piccolissimo scomodo e nessun servizio cortesia. La colazione che costa € 28,00 per persona veramente pietosa. |

la posizione dell'hotel è ottimanale per lo shopping lo scorso week-end non è stata effettuata la pulizia delle camere per lo sciopero. non sono d'accordo sulla prima colazione non inclusa, vista la tariffa che si paga, almeno un caffè si può prendere, costo 1 euro. |
