Friendly staff and welcoming

We wanted to stay near Milan Malpensa Airport. While not exactly very close, the hotel had an excellent shuttle service. They took us to the airport at 4:30 AM, no problem. They also packed a bag breakfast for us to take with us. A pleasant surprise was the really excellent restaurant on the premises. We were overnight between planes and it was great to be able to eat in house.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the hotel. The location was near the airport and it was easy to get back there in the morning when there was light.

The hotel is off a small dark road and was somewhat diffiuclt to find but it eventually worked out.

The restaurant was great.

However, the rooms were less than desirable and they charged for the airport transfer.

It was convenient to Malpensa Airport. The price was reasonable and with free parking close to the hotel entrance. The Jacuzzi was the best, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The food and drinks were priced well and the buffet breakfast was good value and had more choice than some of the other places we had visited in Italy. The hotel was generally well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevator stopped at the second floor and we had to schlepp all our bags up the last flight of stairs, through a common area, through the fitness centre and down a dark hallway to our room. Reverse on checkout the next morning. Apparently there were no rooms on the two floors below us that had a double bed available; only twins. I had requested a double bed on booking, which was months in advance; so I don't know if they give early booking the rooms furthest away from the front desk or there just aren't any doubles except on the third floor.........at least it was quiet in that remote location. Thank goodness no one decided to use the fitness area which was between our room and the stairs, with no doors to close it off.

The hotel is in a perfect location to access Malpensa airport. There is a lot of group for young children to run around. There are animals and a playpark too. The restaurant in the hotel is of a good standard and there is nice bar with outside area. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. We loved the jacuzzi bath with its bubbles and waves and the 4 poster bed.

The room was very hot as the air conditiong was not very powerful

The only thing I liked about it is that it was close to the airport, reasonably cheap and had a pub/pizzeria attached to it.

I didn't like that they use cheap locks that can be opened if you squeeze hard enough. The receptionist was more concerned with me breaking the lock/door than the idea that someone could easily break into my room. Also, you could hear noise all through the hotel which was not good for sleep. It was evident that the building was quite cheap.

Home atmosphere and the rich design

Bites of the invisible insects and mosquitos in the bed linens and the room due to the location of the hotel in the nature.

It was near to airport, good restaurant, good value for money.

The location was not very interesting except an airport.

We liked being picked up at the train station and then being taken the next day to the airport. It was convenient.

The food was no good.

The employes are very kind.

I missed my flight for the shuttle, also the shuttle is not free, they charge e20 roundtrip but they dont explain that in the advertisment. They have a couple buses in the parking but just use one, so the shuttle picked me up late and i missed my flight. Horrible, i had to buy another ticket at the same airport, too expensive. Obviusly nobody is going to pay me back my money.
