Access to shuttle bus to transfer us around the resort. Also, Anna, receptionist was excellent. Bed was uncomfortable, location was a little remote and one of the receptionists was less helpful than others. (We also found a pair of old, dirty socks underneath our sink!) |

It was close to the airport which is the reason I booked it Our room was second floor, they only had an elevator to the first floor. There was no bellboy to help with the suitcases. |

The hotel room was clean and nice There was so much noise from plains, motor bikes, people shoutingh, loud music and church bells. The retaurant was not good. Bones in the fish, egg chells in the eggs and a buffet with poor old looking food |

Restaurant was very interesting- food and service was good for dinner. All locals eating there. Breakfast was so basic-everything in packages. We ate cereal, had coffee and left. This was the strangest hotel I have ever been in. Room was very unusual- Orange sponge paint. Sheets were like cardboard. Bathroom clean and newer. Not as portrayed on web site- romantic and cozy. Not used to English/Americans.Our first room-had to walk through the gym to get there and no elevator to the floor. They did move us to a room reachable by elevator. |

beautiful hotel, great restaurant, lovely patio, generally nice staff room was in front of hotel above the patio and was very noisy until very late - families talking loudly, loud music playing, etc., then cars stopping at hotel yelling loudly all night - we only had a few hours of sleep before our early AM flight |

My son enjoyed looking at the animals in the garden. It was very noisy with loud music that went on past midnight. Had trouble sleeping. |

The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. There were aggressive gnats and flies, but they had big insect lamps to try and solve that problem. |

We actually were able to get a quad room, like was advertised, in a couple of your hotels listed during our stay in Austria, they advertised quad rooms, but we received only triple, hard when you are traveling as a family of four adults! |
