Great location being about 10 mints walk from the train station and the bus to Venice stops just accross. The hotel is small and family-like. Great value for money. We were a family with two children in a "family room" which was really a regular room with two extra beds, which made it really really tight. Practically there was a bed everywhere. But it was ok since we only spent time in the hotel for sleeping. Having private parking is also great (a little tricky to get in and out, but it was ok as we haven't used the car at all). The rooms are really just not big enough for 4 beds. The breakfast (one bredroll plus one croissant each, two small pieces of jam, and one tiny piece of butter) was already boring the first day, and we couldn't stand it on our last day But again, it was ok for the price. Having private parking is great (a little tricky to get in and out, but it was ok as we haven't used the car at all). |

It was good to have air conditioned. I also appreciated the safety box inside the room. The room was clean, towels were changed daily. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful and nice. Hotel was near the bus station. The Italian man at the desk spoke no English and at the breakfast he spared on butter, juice etc. Eg, we got no butter, while other guests did. |

If you need a clean hotel, for one night only close to the train station then this does sort of fit the bill. Please note that breakfast is not great and no air con, no lift so if you have heavy bags or not good with stairs give it a miss. |

Warm welcome from people. close to the railway station. good beds and enough free space. Clean also noisy for rooms on the street, and breakfast too "italian" = only a piece of bread and a croissant, with butter and marmelade = to be improved to be on the international standards |

It is a nice & clean hotel. Transport to Venice by bus is very convenient and takes only 10 mins. to reach Venice. The full charge at the rate of 70 Euros was taken for 3 nights. Hence we paid 210 Euros to the hotel for which receipt has been issued by the Hotel de Tito. However i have seen my Credit Card account has been deducted 16.8 Euros against HOTELSCLUB.COM Venezia , Italy. What this deduction is all about ? Are they your booking charges? |

It is close to Venice (the bus stop is in front of the hotel). It has free parking (very small but secure). The stuff was very helpfull. Very small room (we booked a Quadruple Room, but it proved very small even for three). No alevator. Very very small breakfast room. |

El personal. La ubicación. Estacionamiento para vehículo Todos los espacios del hotel son mínimos. El trato del personal es excelente, pero el hecho que una misma persona deba cerrar cuentas, recibir nuevos huépedes y dar orientación turística mientras prepara y sirve el desayuno lo hace insuficiente |

Proximité d'un arrêt de bus pour Venise (trajet 10mn) Parking trop petit.Le matin, une seule personne pour préparer le petit déjeuner,bouger les voitures, répondre au téléphone et faire les notes de nuitées.Petit déjeuner tout juste suffisant pour des français, surement pas pour anglais ou allemands |
