Not the quietest location- sleep disturbed at various times by a passing storm (hardly the hotel's fault), the car park gate, a nearby school.
WiFi in my first room very poor, but when I reported this, the manager was quick to offer to move my room to a much better signal (and room, in fact).
When I first arrived staff could have been a little more helpful in giving me local tips- e.g. where to eat, quickest way into Venice etc, but there may have been a language barrier- my Italian poor, their English modest.
Location- 5 mins walk from Venice Mestre rail station (incl airport bus link); there was also a bus and tram stop outside the hotel, with buses direct to Venice. For a value for money location out of central Venice but with good public transport links, it was ideal.
Breakfast OK but nothing special.
