We chose this hotel for its location and it was very easy to find due to its coloured facade. When we got there, we were very pleased with the way we were treated by all the staff, frinedly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, and very clean; the bathroom was very tony but always very clean. Breakfast was quite good. It was snowing, some restaurants were quite cold, but the hotel was kept warm and cosy.we intend to return and we'll stay at this hotel again. |

We loved Hotel da Bruno because of it's superb location. Their staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English. Their cold buffet breakfast is filling and rooms are spotlessly clean. Rooms basic and small. |

The staff were very accomodating. We arrived on a warm night and after carting our cases through the streets to get there as you do in Venice, were offered a cold glass of juice to refresh ourselves before business was taken care of. This won us over. We will certainly stay there next time we visit Venice. The room was great and as pictured. No complaints here. |

I liked their personal service, excellent English, maps to places, 24 hour concierge service and the fine breakfast. As most of the hotel facilities were excellent, I did find one annoying problem that occured in almost all the hotels we stayed at.....North Americans like their big beds and the larger beds, including at the Hotel da Bruno, were made by putting two double beds together. This always creates a crack in-between the matresses that is very uncomfortable, especially if they seperate during the night! |

Great position about 5 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge. It's amongst lots of little shops and boutiques. Buffet breakfast is quite good (especially if you like cake in the morning!). Comfortable rooms, very small shower room but that's not important. Travelled with my mother and 5 year old daughter, this hotel is suitable for all age groups, although there's no lift so you will need to be OK with stairs. Friendly staff. |

The friendly/helpful staff with a personal approach- very accomodating to make your stay very enjoyable- excellent breakfast by European standards- very central location to everything-hotel clean with good standards and attention to detail-definately will recommend it. Rooms a little dark at first until I realised its the same in all the buildings in Venice! |

Location in the center of the city of Venice. Reception Staff is welcoming. On reaching the hotel, I found that due to some problem with online booking my first day booking for quadruple room was cancelled but they accomodated us in two twin rooms next to each other. Next day, I was provided the quadruple room I originally booked. |
