This pretty hotel is very well located. In between the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. The street is very pretty and quiet at night. Windows are well isolated to cut all sounds coming from the street. Cute shops and restaurant at your door step.

I would suggest to take the boat bus to get the Rialto bridge close to the hotel. If you choose not to take the boat it's a good 1 hour walk from the train station.

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady who serves in the breakfast room always greeted us cheerfully; also the staff at the receiption were kind and very helpful; the rooms were spacious and very clean

Great location allowing easy access to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marco Square, comfortable rooms, internet access and good breakfast.

Location. Close to San Marco Sq. and Rialto Bridge (in between them both).

The price. Like all Venice hotels...overpriced! It's all about where you're at, that's it.

central location (easy to find), friendly staff, hard to fault this hotel

wall vents at high-level in rooms allow for noise penetration between rooms

exellent location, close to every place of interest, near main street but not too loud, very pleasant service

breakfast could be more diverse and the room could be bigger..
