What I liked most was: Location, service, price and bed.
Unfortunately our room wasn't much quiet, with noise coming from other rooms or elsewhere (e.g. internet space).
Great location very close to St. Mark's Basilica and the Rialto bridge. Very clean and spacy room. Nice welcome with a cup of orange juice (we really needed it at the time...). Good breakfast and polite stuff. They even had a pc with a printer to print our boarding passes for the flight back.
The family run hotel is situated between Rialto Bridge and San Marco on a very busy street. The room we stay was very small but had access to terrace since we smoke it is very convenient. The open buffet breakfast was very good value for money.
The room was small, the hotel had no lift , if you travel heavy it is a problem.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good.
What you see is what you get... No luxury, very small rooms, but why would you need to stay in your room in Venice. Excellent location, high Speer wifi, very friendly staff and OK breakfast... Value for money for such great location.
Breakfast could be better...no view from the window; looking right at another building (and window) 50 cm away
1. Location 2. Staff 3. Breakfast
1. WiFi not so fast, but not bad.
The bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok and the staff and facilities did the job!
Nothing was incredible, just average. Bedroom window was 50 centimetres from another residence. Bathroom extractor unbearable.
Location Hotel close to everything you'd want to see Great shopping and restaurant all around Welcoming and helpful staff
Location in middle of everything. Restaurants and Pubs all around. Excellent staff attitude and always ready to help. Always had a smiling face whenever you walked by the reception Breakfast was till 10 , but we sat late till almost 11 and the lady serving was kind enough to accommodate seeing little kids with us. Assistance was provided for carrying luggage up and down the stairs Overall loved the stay here
Nothing that I can think of
Location is good. WiFi is good
Breakfast is fair, not so much. No lock for bathroom door. Mattress need to be cleaned properly. TV has limited channel & all in Italy language.!
Excellent location in the center. Beautiful room and big bathroom with both bath tub and shower. Breakfast enjoyed by all the family.
Higher price. Reservation document does not show the exact address of the hotel. Be sure to know it ahead if you walk from the parking.
Good working WIFI. Clean, nice decorated. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good and included in price. The hotel is placed in 5 mins walking from St Marco.
Noisy ventilation system. Short bed.
Good location more or less right inbetween the Rialto bridge and St Marks sq .
we have stayed in this hotel before and enjoyed it. location is fabulous, close to everything.the breakfast is good and the staff helpful. suggest spending the money for a water taxi to and from the airport.ridiculously expensive but relieves stress. taxi stop just around from the hotel,no stairs to manoeuvre luggage!
the rooms are small but nicely decorated.suggest booking one with a view.would have liked tea making facilities in the room.
The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent location and very friendly staff
Poor beds and rock hard pillows. Only one extra pillow for a double bed, not good value for money.
Hotel style in keeping with Venice. Great Location. Friendly staff. Lived up to a couple of New Zealanders expectations
Shower size a bit small but works OK...no large built people would fit
The location of the hotel was good. 5 minutes to St Marks. The breakfast was ok. There are shutters on the outside of the windows so the rooms are dark and quiet once they are closed.
The triple room was old fashioned and fairly grotty. Tight for space for 3 people plus luggage. The bathroom was really unpleasant. It was very small, the shower enclosure was missing the door so the whole room got soaked. The drain in the shower was very slow to drain the water away. It was not nice to stand in previous guests dirty water when it backed up! We were not sorry to leave.
Super location walking distance to all major attractions... Nice touch a refreshing drink on arrival... Note no lift but no prob for us... Hotel instructions to get from the Rialto bridge look like when u get to the square u go straight but u actually need the far left exit from the square...
Location and the helpful staff
Lack of an elevator
Absolutely fantastic central location between Rialto and San Marco. Friendly staff, nice hotel, good wifi. Definitely recommend.
Very good service.excelent breakfast.and receptions very good.
