Good value / Clean tidy, fantastic shower - enormous breakfast. REALLY helpful staff, very friendly. Brilliant location too...warm rooms...very comfortable...
Not bad things, but just to make perfect: No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. One pillow - and that a bit thin. Water not hot enough for tea at breakfast. Can hear some noise from other rooms (not serious).
Location ir perfect. Wide selection of breakfast. Staff was helpfull. This hotel definitely is more tha 3 stars!
If you take a room with a balcony then is quite loudly.
Really convenient for both St Marks and the Grand Canal. Excellent directions sent from the hotel beforehand. Small but very comfortable room
The hotel is in a very good position between Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco easy to get in to all places of veneza , the staff was super frendly and polited , breakfast good.
The prices was super hiper high comparing with other hotels in superior category , also to arrive with bags is a nightmare as the hotel don't have elevator and from the airport we took a vaporeto until the Rialto but then with trolley we have more brigdes and walk to do to arrive into the hotel.
Great location. The receptionist was helpful with basic info.
We expected more. The room was old-ish and the bathroom was very small. Bed was really uncomfortable.
Really good wifi and great staff good breakfast. Love the free boat ride to Murano. Great discount at the glass shop because we were from this hotel 60% off list price.
Had poor water flow from shower first night then next day returned to find they had replaced the shower head without my asking. That was great. Well done staff.
Great location, five minute walk from both St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
Wifi extremely unstable.
We booked last minute, got a great deal, staff were amazing, we waited at reception for about 15 minutes before our room was ready and they brought out fresh organge juice for us. The room was practical and beautiful as well. Location was ideal. I could not have asked for more.
Superb everything, hotel, location, food and staff.
Nothing not to like.
clear, heating, breakfast very good. Persons are hot and smile people.
The classic ambiance
Great place to stay. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to islands as we booked a quadruple room and only three of us showed up. Guiseppe and Palo were very helpful with directions and giving us insights of places to eat and visit
Breakfast was really good. I also liked that there was a computer available and I could print my boarding pass.
Stayed three nights in January. Our room was quite big for a Venice hotel and had an exceptionally large shower (we had booked a 'small double room' ). Great location between Rialto and San Marco, although we found it difficult to find at first. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Wifi worked well. Everything was clean and tidy and staff polite.
Nothing, all was good, even the pidgeons nesting somewhere near our window added to the atmosphere.
wi-fi is excellent. Location and staff fantastic.
The breakfast was unreal. The coffee machine has anything you could want. The rooms themselves are very cute and well decorated. Everything was clean and the bathroom looked brand new. The showers had a head shower and a hose. The WiFi worked great. I really enjoyed my time here.
Had some issues when we first got there. We ended up having three guests instead of the two I booked for. We had some miscommunication and were going to have to cancel due to the inability to change to a three person room. However there are extra beds available and everything worked out.
Only negative was the bed. It was two single beds pushed together which would move apart during the night.
Nice staff and a good location.
No shower curtain!
Our stay at Hotel da Bruno was really enjoyable. Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was nice, wifi worked well and the location was great (between St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge).
Nothing - everything was great!
The location is excellent for getting around. Staff were very good and very helpful especially Igor Breakfast was very good
To be fair the room was advertised as small however this extended into a very small amount if storage, there was 1wardrobe but no drawers whatsoever, the en suite was fine for us as we are both small in height but if you are any taller than 5' 8" your knees will touch the wall when sat on the toilet.
What I liked most was: Location, service, price and bed.
Unfortunately our room wasn't much quiet, with noise coming from other rooms or elsewhere (e.g. internet space).
Great location very close to St. Mark's Basilica and the Rialto bridge. Very clean and spacy room. Nice welcome with a cup of orange juice (we really needed it at the time...). Good breakfast and polite stuff. They even had a pc with a printer to print our boarding passes for the flight back.
The family run hotel is situated between Rialto Bridge and San Marco on a very busy street. The room we stay was very small but had access to terrace since we smoke it is very convenient. The open buffet breakfast was very good value for money.
The room was small, the hotel had no lift , if you travel heavy it is a problem.
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good.
What you see is what you get... No luxury, very small rooms, but why would you need to stay in your room in Venice. Excellent location, high Speer wifi, very friendly staff and OK breakfast... Value for money for such great location.
Breakfast could be better...no view from the window; looking right at another building (and window) 50 cm away
