Breakfast was very good, better than most 4* hotels we stayed at during this trip. Had good, free, parking facilities. Free WiFi would have been appreciated (there was an RJ45 outlet for wired access) |

We found the hotel price quite high compared to a 4 star hotel in Florence which was also situatied near the centre. (Walking distance 10 minutes). There we paid less. |

Reception staff were very helpful. Internet connection was free. Restaurant attached to hotel was fabulous! To get into hotel, you had to drag your suitcase over a small step, round two doors, then over a slippery rug before you got to reception...and then there were four steps up to the lift - not easy with suitcases and no porter! |

receptionist was very friendly. No towel was prepared in the room and it took nearly an hour to delivered when I asked for them. I also asked for a thermometer because my wife seemed to have a fever. It also took more than an hour to be delivered after number of reminding call I had to make. |

The lady at the reception is quite cool and not very helpful at all. When we asked about the city, she never volunteerd to give us a map, we had to ask for it. She obviously wanted to get rid of us asap. A smile would also have been welcome and maybe an "arrivederci" when we left.... |

Free parking Open restaurant on saturdays also. We chose this hotel because the dinner should be excellent. Very disappointed when we learned the restaurant was closed saturdays. |

Camera grande, con arredamento moderno e funzionale, letto grande e comodo, bagno con grande finestra, tapparelle azionate elettricamente alle finestre, eccellente ristorante ( seppure con prezzi un po' alti ). E' posto su una strada piuttosto trafficata, un po' fuori dal centro storico; il Policlinico però è a poche decine di metri. Gli spazi comuni sono ridotti ad una piccola Reception. |
