Excellent. Everything was excellent. Location in the middle of shopping, close to every sigh, the most friendly reception I ever saw. All staff are so polite and helpful.Thank you very much! Hotel is very small and cosy, 1 suite on each flor, and terrace on 6 flor - for breakfast. Wonderful view. Each room named by famous compositor - we stayed at 'Mozart' ))) lovely! Very elegance interior in classic style, large enough for centre of Rome

Nothing. May be it iportant for smb - there is no own kitchen in hotel so breakfast served without hot dishes but it also very nice.

Aircon was not working in any room as it was switched to heat only ny the Hotel management. We all roasted every night and they did not seem interested in turning it on! Air conditioning should only be advertised as a feature if it is turned on when requested.

Excellent location in the heart of the shopping area and centro strorico. Perfect hygiene. Nice breakfast. Excellent and freindly staff. My thanks especially go to Danilo and Mario from the reception who answered my countless questions. I would definitely suggest this hotel and myself will be there again in summer for sure!

There was no fresh flowersin teh room as it had been advertised in the web-site.

This is a small and nice hotel with very friendly and helpful team. A real calm island in a busy city. We have been several times in Roma, but finally we have found a place to return for our next stay.

1. They didn't clean my room, with a lame excuse 2. Elevator got stuck multiple times and I was in it 3. Heard hammering amd construction at nine am. 4. Staff did not aplogize for any inconvience 5. No spare card if you lose yours, they'll give you a two pound old fashioned key

I called in to Daniel's two weeks prior to this one-night stay to arrange an airport transfer and the warmth of their greeting left me feeling confident I had made a good choice with my booking. On arrival, I found the room size to be excellent and the decor pleasant. Fresh fruit (beautifully presented with plate, cutlery and napkin) was a very welcome gift. The bathroom was large, with generous supplies and everything sparkling clean. The outstanding breakfast in a light-filled room on top of the hotel was an absolute delight! A wide range of breakfast offerings, magnificently presented, together with a stunning view and courteous staff member making excellent coffee, finalised a most pleasant stay.

Shower screen could be improved.

The staff were very helpful and thoughtful. The Junior Suite was attractive and well kept.

Possibly the lack of a lounge, but that would be being quite harsh as there were plenty of local bars and restaurants in which to eat and drink.

I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more than this one at the Daniels hotel. The location was perfect for getting around Rome-short walk to all of the major sites of Rome, the Coliseum is about a 15 minute walk. While walking you can easily get to many cozy restaurants with delicious food. We so enjoyed the lovely rooftop restaurant with the most beautiful romantic view! The stuff and the service truly enhanced our stay. My special thanks to the desk manager Nikolay. He was always nice, friendly and very helpful, trying to help beyond what we expect. I hope his employer will ensure him a career development. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the service and location. We will definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to go back to Rome.

The location could've not been better - in a walking distance from major touristic attractions as well as from all interesting shopping places. It is quite expensive to my experiences but it might be just a standard price level of Rome.

Try to book a room in higher floors. The lower ones could be to dark.
