The front desk staff were very good, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant. The dining room staff were very pleasant and efficient as well. the shower was very small. the matress could be improved. Not bad but not great. |

Nothing, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was rather cheap, but absolutely senseless because we couldn't get any sleep. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars in any case. From 4 stars hotel it only has large rooms and that's all. First of all when you enter your room you smell a strong chemical scent coming from cheap household chemical goods. Secondly, if you are lucky to get a corner room, in rainy night you will always hear the water noise coming from the waterpipe, like somebody is flushing the water in the toilet non-stop. The main dissappointment is that the air conditioning system is switched off during winter season, and if you open the window you will get a mosquito disaster - the hotel windows don't have mosquito nets, so no fresh air comes through. Breakfast was very poor, like in a bad 3 stars hotel. |

Breakfast. That being a 4-star hotel there was no evening meal service which was a disapointment. The swimming pool had a green slime which prevented us from using it - again not the sort of thing you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The power went off the morning of our departure and I had to lug our cases down several flights stairs as the lifts were out of action.I Finally I was badly bitten by (possibly) mosquitos. |

The area is quite and nice. Breakfast was good. There was no cupboards and the water flushing from the other rooms very noisy. The stay was comfortable but not to deserve 4 stars . |

Parking facilities. Lack of space rendered shower-head useless. The shower head should be loose and flexible. Electric lighting for reading in the room at night (out of bed) was inadequate. There was never enough toilet paper !! Beautiful swimming pool not in use ! Ridiculous !! |

It had many parking places and free wifi in the room. The price was good and the city center is easlily reachable by car. The bed was too soft. The pool area could use some amendments like new chairs or something to make the usage of pool more comfortable. |

Comfortable room for three, nice view of the city in a quiet area. Decent breakfast. We were surprised to see dirt on the stairs and in the corridors. Doesn't help much the image of the hotel. |

Very clean nice hotel with great pool. Bus ride into Florence centre cheap and the bus stop very near the hotel. The hotel is in the suburbs. Breakfast is good. No restaurant in the hotel, although buffet was provided one night. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again as it is not easy to find a hotel with a pool in Florence. |

In a quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff were very friendly. There is no heating under your control in the rooms. At nights the room was a little bit cold. The breakfast was poor. There is not enough food for everyone on busy days. You can only get what is left. This is mainly due to lack of people working there. Rooms are very simple. Wireless internet do not work in some rooms. |
