On the outside looks beautifull that is it.the main staff in front desk and the cafe were very nice and helpfull.

The six motel in the usa had more charm on the inside then your hotel. The rooms were bare minmum furnished did not feel like we were in italy to feel the experience for $150.00 a night we should have had a least table and two chairs to sit on , noisey espliallay in the morning when the maids start cleaning they were dragining furniture slaming doors the only day that was quite was on monday,

Mosquitoes in the room.

Mosquitos! Difficult to find using a sat-nav. No restaurant in the hotel and very few nearby

Promimity from Florence city.

Lack of phonic isolation, you hear all noises from the rooms surrounded yours. Be careful with your jewels (including from your children !). Take protection again mosquitos.. (You will see traces of them as well on the wall of the room). This is a 3 stars (not 4 stars) hotel

Big parking place - another point is that it is located right under the hotel's windows. The location of the hotel is good for the trips outside the city. Good wifi connection.

The hotel is located in the triangle between the bisy road and the parking place - there are no quite rooms in the hotel, we had to close the windows every night. The room has a stony floor - no slippers are offerred. Besides, there is a park area around with lots of mosquiotos - the windows do not have any mosquito nets; we had to buy a repellent in the city. The personnel is negligent: the cloths from the laundry were provided with a 2 days delay; the skirt was lost and found only at the check out - we had several times to ask to look for it (we were asked several times to check our own clothes for it - it seems that the laundry personnel was too incompetent, if not lasy, to check their things). There were crowds of tourist from the tourist buses every day coming for the breakfast - the hotel guests could hardly enter the breakfast room since no special area had been offerred (by the way, there is no restaurant in this four star hotel - just a breakfast cafeteria) and find a clean table (the cafeteria personnel was quite sluggish).

Très bel hôtel, des chambres très spacieuses et confortables. La situation géographique est très bien, elle permet d'être à proximité du centre ville grâce aux bus très fréquents, tout en ayant le confort d'un parking et du calme. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute, et qui parle français, ce qui est plutôt appréciable ! Petit déjeuner varié même en fin de service (10h).

Le parking est devenu payant alors qu'il était annoncé sur le site comme gratuit. La clim dans la chambre n'est pas réglable (nous avons eu très chaud la première nuit), il faut en faire la demande. La télévision ne diffuse qu'une seule chaîne en français (TV5) et est d'une taille ridicule par rapport au standing de l'hôtel.

בית מלון יפה, מאוד נקי ומסודר, חדרים מרווחים ונוחים מאוד. פארק קטן מסביב מוסיף מאוד לאווירה פסטורלית ושקטה. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת (במקרה ולא משנה לכם נושא הכשרות).

המרחק למרכז יכול להיות קצת בעייתי למשפחות עם הילדים - נסיעה באוטובוס עד לתחנת רכבת, בארך 25 דקות. חשוב גם לבדוק את הלו"ז של האוטובוסים בחזרה!
