The location is excellent. Very close to the Dome, the principals squares, good restaurants and shopping. Nice decoration.

We had to wait almost 45 min until someone arrives to open the door. There's no staff permanent in the hours that they say it will be. Our room wasn't completely dirty but the toilette wasn't cleaned before our arrival. It was even hair in the shower.En plus, just one towel each, no shampoo, no gel douche, just one soap. And if we flash it sound and shake like an earthquake! For the same money and similar location in cities like Rome and Monterosso we had much better service. But for far the worst thing is that we could hear everything in the other room as it weren't walls at all, and for our bad luck in the next room it was a hot discussion with even threats to call the police! So it has potential but they should fix the toilets, and do a better isolation between the rooms in order to have some privacy. I won't recommend it at all.

Great location, spacious and comfy bed

Just having a fan for air-con - we were boiling all night. You can hear everyone else showering and going to the toilet and every time you use the water there is a VERY loud rumbling noise.

Located in old town close to Duomo and Uffuzi. Overlooks little piazza with restaurants and close to leather shops. Decent double glazed windows and shutters. Room was large with comfortable lounge chair and desk.

We had the first room next to the door and found the cleanliness compared to other rooms we had used in other towns to be lacking. There was a bad smell in the main room and believe the bed required deodorising. No bath mat or toiletries supplied and bed not made. Not what I expected from a business in the hotel section. The hooks, toilet roll and towel rack were badly mounted and fell off several times. Please note there are four flights of stone steps to the rooms, so be fit if you have several pieces of luggage. I would really say these are pensionne rooms and not a hotel nor a b&b.

Great location Supermarket just outside the building.

Although we informed the host on the exact time of our arrival and warned that we will not be able to use our phones, none was there to meet us. we had to wait for 20 minutes, after which we had to phone him (which I was not happy about). after that we had to wait for another 20 minutes for the host to show up (although he said he will be there in 3 minutes). it was almost impossible to find anyone from staff when we needed something. Sometimes a female staff member was there but she did not speak any english. we did not mind the noise coming from downstairs' bar and restaurant. But very thin walls, and very loud toilet made it impossible to sleep. Really not good value for money - we went to Rome afterwards and paid much less for a guest house of MUCH better quality and comfort. would not recommend it to anyone else.

The central location near to the Uffizi and Duomo is great! The room was elegant and to have the corner with windows on both sides was wonderful. The bus C9 made it very easy to get there and back to the train terminal ... however, better instructions on how to find the C9 stop from the Train Terminal would have been a big time and frustration saver!

Our room was directly over a bar which was noisy. Despite this, when we closed the windows, the noise was reduced significantly. No air-conditioning. In the heat of the summer ... having to keep windows open would be a challenge with the noise!

The location is perfect. The room is clean and well decorated.

There is no reception area, there is no member of staff on site to answer queries. The hotel is quite hard to find as the only sign to the hotel is a name next to a door bell. The toilet is very loud. I fully appreciate I wasn't in Florence to watch tv but while my partner was getting ready I tried to watch it but it wasn't tuned in and there was not one English speaking channel. Also no air con so room was very warm

The bed sheets were clean and the staff friendly. It is right across from Meta grocery which is awesome. If you have no valuables and just need to crash without a comfortable shower) then it's okay.

    (1) Make sure you note it's piazza cimitori and not the street cimitori. The end of the street cimitori is close by and is really run down (abandoned buildings and panhandler hang outs). (2) the worst thing about this place is the door lock: A tiny click (no deadbolt etc.). A swipe from a credit card would be enough to unlock the door. If you have a computer, or tablet etc. you would no doubt feel uncomfortable leaving it in the room (not because the staff seem suspicious, but because the lock is nothing). (3) the toilet is horrible. Cringed every time I had to walk in there. (4) spend an extra 50 euros and look for a better place. If they put real locks on the doors and upgraded the toilets, it would be a lot better.

    1. worst sound proof. can hear everything from next door including water flush noise. 2. very noisy. there's a bar down there and making noise until 2-3am. In early morning about 6-7am, the street is full of noises. 3. check out time stated 9.00am-10.30am. I went out breakfast with hubby and back to hotel at 10am. our luggage have been moved out from the room due to the room has to be cleaned up before next customer's arrival. 4. location is not near to station at all for first time visit like me. 5. no aircond, no fan especially in hot summer.. it is really torture

Clean well maintained rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The building had a restaurant on the ground floor that went late into the night. This was unacceptable to us as we were not abel to get a good night sleep until the people at the restaurant moved on at about 3 in the morning. We only stayed there the first night out of four we had booked.

The location is awesome, just in the center of Firenze. The room was not that big but the price is reasonable.

The wifi has no password and most of the time it didn't work. We could hear the noises from the street really early in the morning. Breakfast is not included.
