Hotel Dante  

La ubicación céntrica, se pueden recorrer los principales puntos de interés de Florencia caminando desde el Hotel, te permite regresar a descansar para volver a partir hacia otro punto. La amabilidad del personal, buena atención y disposición hacia el huésped.

Es pequeño, pero ofrece lo suficiente para una escapada urbana. Solamente los cuartos que se encuentran al frente pueden resultar ruidosos, dada que dan a la calle. Pero nos hicieron el favor de cambiarnos de cuarto a uno de atrás y pudimos dormir y descansar mejor.

El trato muy fmiliar y agradable. Ubicación, centrico para ver la ciudad. El desayuno correcto, pero sin pretensiones. La limpieza era buena.

Las fotos no se coresponden con la habitación. Está el hotrel viejo y destartalado. No había presión de agua en en tercer piso, donde estabamos. La habitación era para una persona, pero estabamos un matrimonio., a la siguiente pregunta respondo que sí, pero con estas condiciones

Relación precio/céntrico está bien. Buen cafe en el desayuno.

Problemas con las duchas. Si coincides con otras habitaciones te quedas sin agua.

La ubicación es óptima, inmejorable, permite acceder a todos los puntos de interés (galerías, plazas, etc.), caminando. El personal es excelente, nos hicieron las reservas desde el hotel para ir a la Academia y a la Galería Ufizzi, sin ningún costo, y efectuaron también desde el hotel una llamada que yo necesitaba hacer a Roma, y que no no podía hacer desde mi teléfono, y tampoco quisieron cobrarla. Otra cosa inmejorable fue el desayuno, rico, variado, completo y libre, cada uno podía servirse cuantas veces quisiera y estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación. El baño también era lindo y estaba impecable.

Lo único criticable era el estado del cuarto, con una pared sucia, las colchas de las camas y la alfombra se veían viejas y no impecables y el mobiliario era pobre.

Great location, extremely attentive staff, comfortable rooms, enjoyable breakfast and great value for money.

The staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and eager to ensure that any questions we had were answered quickly. If they did not know the answer they would do an Internet search to find it, as in train departure times. Great traditional Italian breakfast with excellent coffee. I would say that the staff of Hotel Dante gave the best customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel building is very old. Some of the room's furnishings could have been upgraded, such as the chest of drawers for clothing. However, any shortcomings in the room was more than overshadowed by the staff's great service and the hotel's location. Hotel Dante is about 40 meters from Santa Croce square, right in the heart of Florence.

The owners were terrific and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable although basic - it is Europe so be prepared for the simpler and smaller things such as the shower. Overall, very nice place for the price and location!

Location is great (near all tourist attractions). The room was very good for the price. Breakfast is good enough. Staff was very helpful. I fully recommend this hotel.

Hotel Dante is a great location for sight-seeing in the old city of Florence. It is incredibly close to Santa Croce church and just a few minutes walk to the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. We chose this hotel based on location and price for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly, gave us a map of the city, and offered to help us with any reservations we needed. They were helpful in arranging dinner reservations and booking a cab for us on our departure. Breakfast was limited in selection but very decent. Air conditioning in room worked great!!! Bathroom and bedroom were clean. We felt that the owners really cared about their establishment and their customers.

The hotel is not much to look at (but then, we weren't in Florence to see the inside of our hotel) -- the rooms look like they may have been dorms at one time. Some of the rooms have small kitchen areas and refrigerators which could be very useful for people staying longer term in Florence. The double bed was only two beds sheeted together (totally normal for Italian hotels) but was pretty comfortable. The hotel can be a little tricky to find from the train station. Definitely worth taking a cab to get there in the summer heat!
