super, very well hotel, parking was free in front the hotel. Very good breakfast - and very nice personal. Good stay with dog - no problem. The hotel restaurant is not open in August. |

there wasn't enough towels nor sheets; internet didn't work; parking is too expencive (10EUR per day/night); bathroom doors wouldn't shut because of the toilet seat; breakfast was poor (no orange juice, pineapple juice is basically a syrup; bread was hard as a rock and salami smelled bad). |

Lage Bekamen nur mehr kaltes Buffet zum Abendessen obwohl anderen Gästen noch warme Speisen serviert wurden. Für dieses Vorspeisenbuffet war der Preis unverschämt. Zimmer zur Strasse war sehr laut |

L'hotel è in una zona strategica di Prato, trovandosi vicino all'uscita del casello Prato est e quindi prossimo a Firenze. Ottimo il parcheggio davanti all'hotel, gratuito e spazioso. Lo staff è cortese ma informale (aspetto, questo, deducibile a primo impatto dalle loro divise casual). Ho potuto ordinare in camera al mio arrivo (il pomeriggio) un piatto di affettati misti con pane. Ho trovato utile questo servizio snack. A cena, è possibile inoltre consumare al buon ristorante dell'hotel. Le camere sono molto spaziose,aria condizionata regolabile, televisione con sky gratuito. Letto ampio, ottimi prodotti per la pulizia personale, diversi da quelli solito dell'hotel. la vasca da bagno allestita a doccia forse non proprio comodissima. |
