Helpful staff, easy access to the main train station

The room is great!! Well equip and in excellent condition.

Comfortable room and bed. Kind welcome and friendly mood of the staff.

No hydromassage pool as in the pictures. Anticipated and not agreed payment directly on the credit card.

Everything! Staff were amazing, loved that breakfast was in our room so we could nibble as we wanted and didnt have to get dressed up to eat! The metro was very close and easy to use, we managed to explore so much of Rome. We also appreciated the help we had when we were looking for good places to eat!

This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. The airconditioning was brillant and we hada frigde in thr room and an area with a table to eat our breakfast, the breakfast was left in the everyday which includes crossants , bread, yougharts , freshly made cakes , ham cheese& breadsticks and crackers , rice cakes. Thre was a coffe machine in the room and a kettle and cold drinks in the fridge . everything was refilled everyday. Fransceso was so friendly he was extremely helpful with everything. There was only four rooms in the b&b it should be called a hotel. We will be defo going back again and 100% recommending it to anyone. Stay there its exactly wat it looks like in the pics and im choosey!! Rome was amazing.

owner is extremely friendly and gave me many suggestions of travelling around Rome. Must go back to there to stay if I come to Rome later

The location is around 10 mins walk from the termini station but the owner is very nice to suggest to use another tube station to let me travel easier

Everything was just perfect. The room was clean and the breakfest served in the room was more than expected. Friendly staff and the owner Francesco was really service minded. We will defintently come back if we're going to Rome again.

Nothing! Maybe not located in the middle of the city center. But close to the metro station, so no big issue.

the hotel is very clean. It is very close to the train station. i like the room. WIFI is fast.

Very good room design, just same as the photos. Very clean. Close to the termini(15-20 min walk), and about 20mins walk to colosseo.

Food (bread, mini cakes, cheese, ham) and drinks(coffee capsules, teabags ) of breakfast is all at the room, and actually need to 'cook' (with a toaster and coffee machine) yourselves.

All the rooms are named after R.E.M.'s songs!

The rooms are huge, with high ceiling, the design is modern and elegant but cosy, so you feel at home. Francesco and Manuela are particularly helpful and you feel everything is done to make your stay a great time : hints for visiting itineraries, well-garnished fridge, Home-made cakes... We had the "nightswimming" bedroom, with a Spa bath, and we really enjoyed the experience, looked like we were in some luxury hotel. No doubt this is a place I shall recommand to friends.

Via Giolitti really is an unpleasant one, but the other side of the neighborhood is more welcoming - with a famous gelateria very near...

Extreme friendly hosts. Pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Good-sized bathroom. Good location.

Rooms to via Manzoni somewhat noisy due to traffic (from 05:30 a.m. onwards). Preparing your own breakfast in room is a bit of a messy issue.

wonderful in all aspects

The rooms were all themed and decorated in a stylish manner. They give a lot of food & beverage provisions in the room free of charge. These are also the breakfast provisions so you can have your breakfast in bed the next morning. It was very cosy and comfortable. We loved our stay there. It's also walking distance to some of the sights and 5 min walk to nearest metro. So location is good. Don't be put off by the entrance to the b&B. The inside tells a completely different story. We would highly recommend it.

Location Staff Room Service everything was good.

Not really a hotel, but a b&b with only 4 rooms in total. Room was beautiful and a good value (for Rome).

Was difficult to find, as there is no sign outside.. Only a name on the buzzer. Location looks bad, but we never felt threatened walking at night. If you arrive outside of normal business hours, be sure to inform them of your EXACT arrival time. We arrived an hour early and had to wait 25 min for someone to show up and open the door for us. This was our fault though. Breakfast consists of home-made baked goods and some sweets.. not quite the best, but it gets you going in the morning.

The owners are very nice and give you very good advice around Rome. It's no problem to arrive earlier and store your luggage. We've had a great time. Thank you very much. Ant time again!!!!

The Daysleeper is a great place to stay while in Rome. Francesco, the owner, was super nice and helpful...with directions, dining advice, etc...He even told me where I could get my laundry done...a huge bag for 11 euro...done in a hour and a half. It was a big thing cuz I had just come off a transatlantic cruise and I needed clean clothes. He also suggested sites to visit and told me to take the metro a couple of blocks away. He was awesome! The room was also first rate. The sheets were classy and it was extremely clean and modern. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first time in Rome. The breakfast was also excellent. Try the italian place across the street (on the corner). It's authentic italian and I had the lasagna. Great experience in Rome. Thanks again Francesco

Nothing negative about this B&B.

If you are looking for accommodation close to Terminii and Menzoni Stations and easy access to many tourist attractions either by bus/train/walking, Daysleeper is a great choice. Francesco and Manuela are wonderful hosts who warmly welcome you and freely offer advice re travel, tourist attractions and food. They serve many choices for breakfast in a cosy kitchen/dining area, including home baked goodies. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very secure. Daysleeper is on the 3rd floor but has the use of a lift for luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay here and are grateful to our hosts for their guidance on the first leg of our holiday in Europe. Ron & Lindy, Australia

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Great restaurant around the corner. Convenient to bus line so easy to get around. Nice buffet breakfast included in price. Price was extremely reasonable.

Poor appearance and entry way. Daysleeper is located in an apartment building so when you arrive it is not the best appearance. But once up and into the b&b, it is terrific. Comfortable, clean and terrific friendly staff.
