Francesco was meant to run a Bed & Breakfast. He was available when you needed him and mindful of your privacy when you needed to rest. Also very helpful regarding travelers who are unfamiliar with the area and treated you like family. Could not have asked for better accommodations while visiting Rome. Thank you!
Everything was perfect during my stay. The owner, Francesco was so nice, very warmly welcomed and guided me about Rome when I need. I feel like at home. The room and bathroom were always clean and at room there were everything for breakfast. 5 minutes to Manzoni metro station and 10 min. to Termini by walk. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Francesco was a wonderful host, very helpful. The room was supplied with fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a variety of food!! for breakfast and lunch. Location was close to the train station, restaurants, metro station. 20 min walk to sites.
The bed mattress was firm which I found uncomfortable (therefore my quality of sleep was poor). A/C was weak.
Located 15 mins from termini, 5 mins from manzine, that closest subway and 15 mins walk from the colosseum the b&b is in a great location. A lovely restaurant is beneath that had excellent food and friendly staff. Francesco, the owner, was fantastic. Carried out bags, treated us like friends, welcomed us in, gave free drinks and showed us the sights and routes on a map to help us. The room was lovely, had a large jacuzzi bath, the bubbles weren't working, but lovely nonetheless. Room was beautifully decorated and had a safe, wardrobe, fridge full of free food and drink and espresso machine. Loved every minute of Rome and the b&b made the holiday. Would definitely recommend
Jacuzzi bath bubbles didn't work
Amazing friendly staff, lovely converted apartment with nice room, comfortable bed and great shower. Good fats wifi and easy to come and go when you please. Very convenient for the station, area around the station's not too nice but around the B&B is lovely resturants and its only a 15/20 min easy walk to the collesium.
The host, Francesco is great...breakfast is very good and enough..location ok near subway and termini station we felt like home.and we'll be back!
The area is noisy at night.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to Vittorio Emmanuele and Termini metro stations. There is a real coffee machine in the room and the owners provide you with a good coffee and different kinds of snacks - they actually give you a free mini-bar. This is really very thoughtful.
The living area in the room is smaller than you expect. But all in all everything was fine.
the hosts are very nice and offered us a great variety of foods in our room and the refrigerator.
The couple running the B&B were super nice and very helpful with were to go and eat, what to see etc. The room was clean but to bad the jacuzzi didn't work but that happens. Just remember this is a B&B and not a 5* hotel and you will be very pleased.
The snacks for breafast. I know the breakfast tradition in Italy is not the same as we have here but I would have given full pot if there was a real breakfast option.
The owner did his best to feel us comfortable: map of the city, umbrella in the rainy day, to leave our suitecase for 2 days while we visit Venice..thank you, Francesco! Just 900 meters from Termini station, 7 minutes from Manzoni metro station, 15 min to Colosseo. New equipment in the bath, no problems with hot water & WiFi, coffee machine and tea pot in the room.
Everything! Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My group felt like it was at home due to the welcome we received from Francesco and Manuela each time we entered. Great location with many restaurants and public transportation nearby. We are definitely going back.
Not a thing
The Datsleeper B&B is a lovely place to stay! The managers could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as could be! The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. We will definitely stay here again when in arome next! I highly recommend to stay here, walking distance to everything!
The rooms were lovely and great value for money
Location slightly out of the way from where we spent our evenings, but that's our own fault! Very close to the underground which was perfect!
Great family owners, very cordial & helpful. Close to Rome's train station, bus & metro hub.
Hosts were fabulous. Offer you expresso as soon as you arrive! Room was beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and modern.
The owners are fantastic and will make your stay in Rome wonderful.
Don't be intimidated by the walk from Termini to the hotel - it is not too bad... :)
Room is very nice and clean. The place is also convenient to metro station. The staff is very helpful and nice.
The room is a bit dark
staff are very friendly.there are a lot of food in the room .good location.close to many restaurant. We even can have a massage in the room. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Great location. Wonderful hosts. Fridge in room.
The owner Francesco is an amazing host, very welcoming and generous and indeed we felt like we were "at home" during our stay. The room was wide, clean, full of food (Mediterranean way of welcoming people which we really appreciate especially for our breakfast), nicely decorated.
I loved the hotel, loved it hospitable hosts. clean, comfortable in the room, great service - I've always had food, drinks, coffee and quiet. I thank you for the wonderful time spent in this hotel and I will certainly consider it for future travel)))
Great stay; Francesco was a very gracious and helpful host.
Shower was extremely small, but added to a memorable, fun experience
Very helpful owner who booked train tickets for us; the chocolate hazelnut biscuits; coffee machine in room!
I loved the friendliness of the hosts. They spent at least an hour with me to introduce me to all the possibilities of Rome. They made me feel so comfortable (like old friends) and welcome. I would go back in a heartbeat. Also is very close to the colosseum and other well known sites. Thank you so much!
