First couple of days were tough and created some stress. The WiFi was out but the staff worked as quickly as possible to fix. My suggestion would be to check WiFi prior to arrivals.
We loved the location of this apartment! Close to museums, shopping and dining. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
First of all I want to say, we got lost to find this apartment. We booked this apartment because we thought it's in the city center for us just to walk around to see the attractions. But no, we spent extra money to use a taxi just to go to the historic places. The GPS address and coordinates stated on this booking brought us at the DdV at the city center which doesn't exist. We asked people around but nothing DdV apartment they know at the said address. We called the phone number stated on the booking and the owner said it's different address. It took us an hour just to find this apartment. Good to know Italians are nice and there's a lady who helped and told us where to go. So, just a reminder the address is Studio 5 Via Giovanni Inghirami and not the DdV in Firenze city!!!. The city center is 3-5 kilometers away!...We stayed at the top of this apartment. The room was not that clean. The stove is not in good functioning. The microwave needs to replace. The coffee maker is dirty. The owner didn't showed us where are the plates and utensils. We looked around and we found it in the closet drawers which is normally a drawers for keeping clothes. There is no good spatulas to use for cooking. This apartment needs a major renovation. Just a warning, the stairs are really narrow and if you have a big suit case the same that we have, you will going to struggle to go upstairs.
The owner was nice and friendly. She helped us to carry our stuffs up to our room. There is an AC in this apartment.
Some of the beds where a little old and uncomfortable, but still acceptable.

The WiFi was very poor and unusable in all but one bedroom. If this is important you will be frustrated. The furniture was adequate, but a little uncomfortable. Despite saying otherwise on Booking.com, they do not take credit cards...CASH ONLY.
The location was fantastic. It is in a quiet pedestrian only district and is within walking distance to all the major attractions. It was comfortable enough. The kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment was specious and lovely decorated. The location was perfect.
location, attitude, and pay attention to the payment, though I have left my information of credit card, they cannot get the payment directly. and without any word when I check in about this thing. But after I left they sent me a mail to ask me for the money and I was in another city already. But after my mail of explication nobody respond me nor give me a method to pay.
the style of the apartment
I had arrived at the room. The room had toilet problem. so the room owner arrange for me another new room. the new room located at another area and no check in desk. At check in time, I said to her my early check out and asked to her my early check arrangement. But she avoid the correct answer. After check in and the night of check in day. I asked so many time about my earyl check out arrangement by e-mail. and phone. but I could not contact her. I had not received any other information from the room owner. because of this unresponsible attitute, on check out day, I had missed my train . To solve the this problem, I go to Ploice and explain this unreasionable situation. The police contact the room owener and infrom me " Leave the room key in the room and you had better check out.". and also the owner tell a lie to police that she have explain to me check out process. I cannot understand this behavior and this is unreasionable and very bad attitudes.
