staff, room comfortable, good place to stay if one is using it as a base to explore Venice. no problem leaving bags for day after check out.
difficult to locate but Im not sure if most hotels would be the same in Venice.
Lovely owners, very helpful. Great breakfast. Spotless premises. Very safe. Location excellent. San Angelo vaparetto stop a few minutes away. No bridges to cross with luggage. Easy to find.
Use of some outdoor space.
The location is ideal, close to Vaporetto which is of prime importance when hauling luggage along. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is run efficiently, and standard of hygiene is very good.Breakfast is excellent.I enjoyed my stay here.
Colour scheme is safe,if somewhat drab. More imagination in this regard could add appeal to this little gem.
Hosts were wonderful. Great location with brief walk to vaparetto and San Marco.
Breakfast just ok.
Excellent location, very helpful staff
Breakfast ends quite early, or probably we slept too much. Otherwise the Hotel is best for its value and location
Close to transport and central ... but quiet. Lovely view of a canal.
Stairs up to 2nd floor
Great location fair price
only drawback was no stand up shower
Within walking distance to a variety of attractions, friendly staff.
Close to everything in a nice, safe neighborhood, great places to eat
fair price and close to the waterbus stop in line one, friendly staff, breakfast ok
Location close to Vaporetto, helpful friendly staff nice breakfast in pleasant surroundings
Room could do with freshen up and bed upgraded as when your traveling a nice bed and bright room is important but saying that the hotel was ok
I liked the size of the bathroom- spacious and handicap equiped. The wi-fi accessability was good. There was always someone in the front desk to assist. I felt secured and the location was very convenient. The room was clean.
The beds were not comfortable. The room was too small. It was difficult to carry luggage upstairs and there was no elevators. The receptionist could not help us carry luggages due to medical conditions but there could have been someone to assist us. We did not have a warm welcoming. We did not like to pay the amount of money we did for the service we got.
Pleasant atmosphere polite staff and well located.
Everything: the location-away from the hustle, but walking distance to most attractions, very convenient to public transport, a few minutes from the train station, friendly and very helpful staff, will definitely stay there next time in Venice. Highly recommend it
Very friendly staff (owners) and very helpful. They provided us perfect instruction on how to get to the hotel and who help us with any questions we had throughout our stay at their hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice relaxing place that is close to everything in Venise.
Friendly, courteous, helpful. Would stay again. No cooked breakfast but was a pleasant change.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for vaporetto and restaurants. Easy access to main attractions.
The location is excellent: about 100 metres from a vaporetto stop which is on the route to and from the airport; a five-minute walk to Campo San Stefano with its numerous bars and retaurants, and a further five minutes to the Accademia bridge. The hotel is very quiet, and my room overlooked two charming backwater canals. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful.
It's a very basic hotel in terms of facilities and comfort, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It's exepnsive for what it is, but then so are all hotels in Venice.
Location great, staff very pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable rooms. Good WiFi. Did I mention the wonderful staff? :)
No in-house bar or restaurant. But with plenty just around the corner, not really a problem.
Nice staff, easy access from vaparetto.
Very noisy room. Right on courtyard.
The staff were all amazing. They were so helpful and treated me as a member of the family. The location is great, and breakfasts were fantastic too! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
The wifi wasn't working so well when I was there, but the staff was doing everything they could to fix it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a water bus stop so very easy to get there. Most of Venice attractions are a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel serves a nice breakfast and excellent coffee.
