Hotel De La Ville  

Decoration, localization, simpathy from the staff, large and nice room, large bathroom, sumptuous breakfast with first quality products.

I was pleased with the location on a downtown quiet street and very close to shopping . The staff was excellent. They were able to recommend very nice retaurants and provide directions. At each restaurant when we told them that we were from the Hotel we were greeted warmly. The room was spacious,and kept clean. All in all I would recommend this Hotel for its fine service. By the way, do not miss the breakfast.

Very helpful staff on the reception. We have not any problems with early check-in, and have received an upgraded room type free of charge.Good breakfast, affable staff at the restaurant and bar. Beautiful and clean rooms.

It is not enough light in rooms, close bathrooms, not so comfortable pillows, there is no small shoe horn for footwear, not enough chairs for triple room, no free Internet in number.

Wifi was expensive but there was free access downstairs in the lobby (not wifi but PCs provided)

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Rooms had old style decor - part of the charm - but they were still very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back to same hotel.

There was a smell in the internal courtyard that was a little off putting, but not bad enough for us to need to move to a new hotel.

Die Lage ist ideal: mitten in der Altstadt von Florenz in einer Fußgängerzone (nur am Morgen sind Lieferfahrzeuge zu hören) und dennoch nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und Zubringerbus zum Flughafen zu Fuß entfernt. Die Zimmer zur Straße liegen mit Blick auf die große schöne Kirche Santi Michele e Gaetano - sehr stimmungsvoll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schick ausgestattet und betr. des Komforts bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Der Preis ist hoch - zu hoch wie alle Hotels in der Altstadt von Florenz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, dennoch fehlen mehrere Käsesorten, Schwarzbrot, Äpfel, Margarine und echter Orangensaft - für diesen Preis kann man das durchaus diese Varianten verlangen. Dennoch - ein wirklich tolles Hotel!

кондиционер практически не работает (включается, гудит. но температура воздуха в номере не меняется), хозяева явно экономят либо на электричестве, либо на ремонте системы кондиционирования. советую посещать этот отель только весной или осенью, т.к. придётся довольствоваться открытым окном (летом задохнётесь, а зимой замёрзнете).

понравилось абсолютно все! особенно идеальное месторасположение и лучшие завтраки, которые я когда-либо видела в отелях подобного уровня!!!

La posizione centrale

Il servizio un po' poco accurato per un hotel del genere. Non ci hanno rimesso I cartellini per ordinare la colazione e una mattina la colazione in camera è arrivata senza posate e senza tovaglioli. Inoltre in bagno c'è un solo shampo e solo bagnoschiuma pur essendo noi in due. Insomma piccole cose che però, a mio avviso, dequalificano un pochino il livello dell'hotel.
