Hotel De La Ville  

Location is very nice.

Strange smell at the lobby and outside from a internal place there. It was not possible to have internet connection free in my room only at the lobby was free or thru a cable in the room but had to pay 15,00 Euros. Breakfast if you want juice or other things you have to pay for a 4 stars hotel its not usual. The heating (air conditioning) was broke I could not control. THe lights was not possible as well.

Staff are very friendly and the room assigned to us was sizable

the bar was only open from 5pm

Location excellent. One of the best (included) breakfasts I've had on many European city trips.

Wifi was expensive but there was free access downstairs in the lobby (not wifi but PCs provided)

We are surprised to know the tremendous improvement of quality compared with our previous stays around ten years ago that were disappointing. Since then, we had to select other hotels in the city. We decided to try this hotel again due to the good rate at booking.com. Now great surprise!!! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing as before. We will stay at this hotel whenever we visit Florence again.

I did not like the fact that you could not regulate the temperature of your room - we found the room cold. On reporting this at the desk they simply said sorry, they could not adjust the heating/air-conditioning.

Elegant, clean, nice service, silk curtains, marble bathroom, city centre, fashion street, near Palazzo Strozzi, Duomo, Uffizi - almost perfect - I will come back - soon !!!

The internet is expensiv. Wifi eur 5 for 2h !

L'emplacement est central, ce qui est tres pratique. La qualite et l'amabilite du personnel. Le petit dejeuner est excellent et la serveuse Leila a ete tres professionnelle et toujours attentionnee envers tout le monde.

La chaleur dans la chambre etait insupportable et on devait toujours laisser la fenetre ouverte pour raffraichir la chambre. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas corectement.

Бронировали трехместный улучшенный номер, поселили в двухэтажный люкс, просто супер! Большой холл, приятный бармен. Месторасположение отличное! Завтрак хороший, но шампанское за свой счет.

Когда бронировали номер, в условиях было написано, без какой-либо предоплаты, без депозита. За день до приезда в отель на кредитной карте отель заблокировал всю сумму за проживание.

Si tratta di un hotel molto accogliente e di ottimo livello, situato nel centro della città di Firenze e segnatamente in Via De'Tornabuoni, a due minuti a piedi dal duomo, a cinque dalla stazione, da Piazza della Signoria, dal museo degli Uffizi e a dieci minuti da Ponte Vecchio. Per gli amanti dello shopping è la via delle boutiques di alta moda e dei marchi di lusso. Da qualche tempo è anche isola pedonale, aperta solo agli autobus, ai taxi ed agli autorizzati. Consiglio di prenotare le junior suites, offerte ad un prezzo conveniente, pari quasi alla metà del prezzo di listino. Buoin soggiorno a tutti!
