Staff were all very friendly, the room was very comfortable and well appointed, breakfast was good. Particularly liked the bar area, the barman does a wonderful job with the evening "happy hour" - well worth starting the evening in the hotel bar. Wireless internet in the rooms would be a huge advantage. |

Jr Suite was really terrific. Great view, huge space, nicely decorated and clean. The bartender was so friendly and welcoming We had some trouble with the porter delivering our bags to the new room when we switched after deciding to stay a 2nd night. |

The service was excellent and the location was perfect as we were getting married at the church across the way. Marco at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us and the whole staff was warm and inviting. |

The room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly,efficient, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved the hotel and will stay again. Location was superb, right in the middle of Florence and convenient to historic sites and shopping. Loved everything! |

Goed ligging, vriendelijk onthaal, leuke atmosfeer. Erg aangenaam. De garage is redelijk duur en nadat je je auto hebt 'af gegeven' is het ook niet vanzelfsprekend om er nog iets uit te halen (moet via personeel gebeuren) |

Limpieza, confort y ubicación. Es de lo mejor que puede haber en florencia. La primera pregunta que me hicieron en el hotel: ¿como prefiere que le hablemos, en italiano o en inglés? Me cobraron un pequeño importe por el mini bar sin consumir, aún habiéndolo notificado. Vaya gracia ¿eh? |
