ミラノからベネチアに旅行するため、宿泊の2日前から荷物を気持ちよく預かってもらいました。朝の食事も良- く市内観光にも便利でした。ボーイやフロントの黄体はとてもよかった。」 壁紙など内装が古い感じ。 |

部屋や設備が古い，コンセントの修理が必要 ツイン2ベッドでコンファームしていたのに初めの部屋がダブル１ベッドだった．これに加えベッドルームのコ- ンセントが使えないことを伝えたのに，すぐに部屋を変えてくれず，コンシェルジュがポーターを必要がないの- に叱り，いやな雰囲気だった．また，複数のコンセントの形態があり，ある部屋では使えてもほかの部屋では使- えないということがあり，困った． |

ドゥーモのすぐそばで観光に便利。部屋も清潔でスリッパもありよかった。小さい子供と一緒で添い寝をしよう- と思っていたら無料でエキストラベットを入れてくれた。 |

It is a really wonderful small boutique hotel that is a close distance to all major shopping streets and restaurants and the staff are humble and very helpful. Definitely I would choose the hotel again for staying next time I visit Milan. |

Location near Duomo in central Milano. Shops & day-time restaurants. Although I wont stay in this area again. No clear indications about where to park. This hotel is VERY old fashioned -pictures shoew elegance,I would say dated. The staff also dated e.g. cheking-out I queued behind ONE person for more than 15minutes as only one 'old' teller was checking out people and he was a slow on the computer. My main issue was there were 4 staff in view at all times. One was the manager, his back to the front desk and chatting to one of the front desk staff for the entire 15mins as queue grew. I asked several times can someone else come and start checking people out(a bigger queue forming behind me), response negative. Eventually the manager got up & walked right past the queue at front desk without a smile, comment or apology. Finally 2nd teller availa |

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the Duomo area of Milan with easy access to shopping. We had a good dinner in the hotel restaurant. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall the hotel was very nice with great breakfast and location in central Milan Although the Spring weather was hot (27 degrees), there was no air conditioning working and the rooms extremely warm. Mini-bar (small bottle Coca-Cola at Euro 5.50) was outrageously expensive |
