"old style" interior, high quality finishing, god is in the small details, home cozy feeling, clean and comfortable, amazing value for money, warm and and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast It's about time that hotels will give wifi for free. The hotel address was wrong in the POI in our navigator - so we drove 1 hour around the Monza Park. Type the address and beware of the POI. Hopefully the hotel will see how that can be corrected with maps info providers. |

The hotel is in best location in Monza, it has a tangible traditions, a strong character and it spread the flavour of its history. Personnel level of attention versus customers very high (top) and general quality level above the eurpoean 4 stars average. Secure parking. I found myself into a single room. Single size bed (which I thought did not exists anylonger in hotels, specially of this level), and extremely narrow bathroom clashing strongly with superior level of the Hotel. I believe this accomodation shall be more clearly specified, as a person taller than (180 cm) me would have severe problem in using that bathroom. Room accomodation " Single rooms are 12 m² and feature comfortable beds" should read "Single rooms are 12 m² and feature comfortable single size beds" and the bathroom width shall be specified. |

Service was excellent. Staff's attention to my needs was exemplary. The Derby Grill is as good as the reviews and reputation. In general, a geniunely small luxury hotel as classifed. |

The staff was very kind. The breakfast had a large choice. It was very good. It a excellent buffet included with the room I open the window because it was hot, but it was very noisy to sleep. If you have the choice ask a room not on the street. |

the staff welcome and their helpfulness.They also spoke good English.Breakfast was veryy good.Because the hotel was not busy they upgraded me On a very busy road .Room was well double glazed .So with the windows shut the room was quiet,but if you went on the balcony it was noisy.Drinks were expensive 7 euro for the cheapest beer |

great hotel,very clean,friendly staff.very pleasent breakfast.derby grill very good. close to monza park and a 30 min walk to monza race track(another 15 mins then from entrance of track to track itself)will stay again. room over looked main road and was noisy.had window open as air con did not want to work.had to check bill as charged for breakfast when included in room price.a honest mistake though.the noise no big deal. |

Lo stiglio pregiato, lo stile e la qualità degli arredi, il carattere della "casa" ed il servizio inappuntabile di ogni reparto ne fanno un punto di riferimento tra gli hotel fin qui frequentati. Impeccabile. La camera de luxe ci è stata gentilmente offerta in upgrading ma se torneremo la prenoteremo, vale il suo prezzo. Deliziosi I complementi camera di Etro. Consigliatissimo. |

Uitermate attente staf, uitstekende keuken, heerlijk ontbijt, mooie ruime, schone kamer en badkamer. De temperatuur in de kamer was moeilijk te regelen en daarom was het regelmatig te warm in de kamer. |
